#服務協商多次都不行，一直就是説沒辦法，沒辦法取消，説我留了房間，退了讓他們怎麼辦，一開始訂完沒幾分鐘要退都要扣很多費用，商家根本無法溝通，無法協商，説不下去商家直接掛電話，根本不鳥你的，真的一般，服務太差了！！！！！過了兩分鐘都不讓取消，純純強硬消費！！！！！建議別隨便訂！！！！！！！！
