I had to deduct a star as the night when we checked in, there was no hot water for my shower. It was one of those unlucky moments but the staff were trying their best to make the stay comfortable. Hot water was supposed to be back at 10.30pm but unfortunately it came on at 11.45pm. Staff did call to inform but it was already too late at night and we needed to get to the airport at 4am the next day. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from terminal 5 and they do provide transport at 4am.

Excellent! They pick you up directly from the airport, and the rooms are very quiet. Most importantly, I really love their coffee. I've stayed here many times, and it's also quite convenient for getting around. It's close to the subway station, which makes it easy to explore Xi'an.
