the good things: clean room, location is okay, hot water 24h, no smoke smell, many stores close, bus station is close, quiet environment. The bad things: the room is very small, the lighting is very dim, not enough lighting, mold on one of the walls, the TV lagging and slow navigation through the settings. Recommended only for a short stay.
