The homestay is a little bit past Xiapu County. On a slope, the tea house is very distinctive. We stayed in a water beetle room type. The owner helped to upgrade the room type. The room is as old as the old one. The whole is comfortable, but the room is a bit small. ,Ha ha. Overall it is worth staying

A friend came out to play and chose this homestay near the station. I heard that Xiapu made it earlier and was the first boutique homestay. The day before leaving, the housekeeper called to ask if you need to pick up the station, and recommended the restaurant to us. 環境：太太太好看了！而且很乾凈整潔，住着非常舒服。老闆免費給我們升級了loft，樓下有小太陽，樓上空調暖氣一直開着，真的真的很推薦。
設施：有一次浦霞站接車服務，早上的早餐很好吃！早餐不是冷的，是我們快出來才開始做，暖暖，重點是很好吃😋民宿還提供洗衣房，有烘乾機，當天就可以洗完烘乾。
服務：服務很好，裏面工作人員態度都很好。民宿裏面有吃的，一碗魚丸湯10大粒30元，真的不貴。
這個民宿給我的感覺是用心的，不是因為為了建民宿而建民宿，牆裂推薦～

周邊環境：位於縣道一個小山頭的半山腰的位置。昨天過去，民宿前面正在施工，在澆灌水泥。2點入住基本上到下午5點水泥攪拌車和一輛大型澆灌車在外面施工，十分吵。因此根本無法出行。
此外，民宿外無任何可以散步的地方。
室內環境：我們訂的一件房間外部走廊木頭全部發黴腐爛，黴味濃重，孩子住不下去。半夜完全不隔音，隔壁聲音大一點什麼都能聽到，因此半夜無法聊天夜談。
衞生：茶桌算是灰塵，我們5間房到地方第一件事情就是打掃衞生。民宿內部也是不乾淨。
設施：吹風機，浴室，一次性用品，評分7分
安全服務：因為帶着6歲孩子和2孩子。各個地方樓梯沒有扶手，整體安全環境不適合孩子。
服務：8分
房間比較有特色的地方是設計概念，早餐全是民宿中中規中矩，打7分。旁邊有一家望海餐廳海鮮食材新鮮，性價比高。
