Wyndham Grand Xinchang

This hotel is located in the small county town of Xinchang, making it very convenient to get to attractions by public transport. It's also a pleasant 20-minute walk to Nanjie for some carb-filled snacks. The hotel itself is very clean, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious.

Our overall stay exceeded expectations. The hotel is centrally located with ample parking. The room was spacious and bright, very clean, well-equipped, and had stable internet. Elsie at the front desk was polite and professional, responding promptly. The check-out process was smooth, and the environment was quiet, not noisy. Definitely worth a repeat stay.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the Big Buddha Temple, and it turned out to be surprisingly good! The staff were all very polite, and the breakfast was delicious and quite varied. When I checked in, my room wasn't quite ready yet, but the front desk immediately called me as soon as it was. The room had a balcony and felt quite new. Overall, highly recommend!

I've stayed at quite a few Wyndham hotels, and this one in Xinchang is relatively new. The front desk upgraded our room, and the hotel's interior is lovely. The pool is also quite spacious, and the changing rooms even have a dry sauna. The only downside was the breakfast, which was just so-so.

I visited Xinchang with my child and friends during the three-day Qingming holiday. Overall, the hotel was pretty good. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of choices, including local specialties like rice cakes and spring pancakes, and freshly ground coffee! However, the service could be improved. When I checked in, no one proactively told me about the facilities or breakfast times, and they even forgot to give me the mini-bar drink coupons. I had to go to the front desk to ask for them. The room was spacious and clean, with a bathtub and a large bed, though it's a shame we didn't get a room with a balcony! The pool is open to the public, so it gets quite crowded in the evenings, and the water quality needs improvement. The gym has a good range of equipment. The Great Buddha Temple is within walking distance, and there's a large shopping mall across the street, making it very convenient for drinks and dining!

Pretty good, the service was very thoughtful, they even brought fruit and snacks. It's also quite quiet. Hygiene: Good, very clean. Environment: Very nice. Facilities: Very comprehensive, they even have a weighing scale and a fridge. It's suitable for business trips, about half an hour from the high-speed rail station.

A delightful surprise during my trip, I must really commend Kate at the front desk! She patiently helped coordinate all my requests during check-in, making the whole experience excellent. The room was clean, the atmosphere quiet, and the overall quality was great. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. The hotel's spa on the first floor is fantastic, it gave me a wonderful night's sleep after my hike.

Excellent location, conveniently within walking distance of the popular 'Carb Street' and about a kilometer from the Giant Buddha Temple scenic area, which is just a short taxi ride away. The hotel is clean and the service is great. There was a minor incident during my stay, but the hotel staff were very helpful and enthusiastic in resolving it.
