Excellent stay for my business trip. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Ma, was professional and efficient. Check-in took only a few minutes. They were very helpful, assisting with printing documents and guiding me to parking. They were available 24/7 and incredibly polite. The environment was quiet and clean, making it perfect for both work and rest. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

Facilities: I was really impressed with the hotel. The facilities are quite new, the room is very comfortable, and it's beautifully decorated. Cleanliness: It was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was prompt. Service: The staff were very warm and responsive. Overall: I honestly didn't have high expectations, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. Very impressive, made my trip very comfortable.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's incredibly good value for money; the best I've ever stayed in at this price point, hands down. The breakfast is also very generous. Most importantly, the receptionist, Xiao Han, upgraded my room for free during check-in. He was very friendly and welcoming, making it a very satisfying stay. I especially loved the separate toilet and bathroom; they were both very clean.

I rushed to book this hotel in Xinchang's "Carbohydrate Kingdom" on a last-minute trip. Seeing that it was newly opened and part of the Huazhu Group, I figured the quality control would be excellent. However, everything turned out to be surprisingly good. Check-in was quick, and they even provided snacks and a comprehensive travel guide covering everything from dining to sightseeing. The hotel's overall decor was high-end, smelled wonderful, and was incredibly clean – practically spotless. The staff were all very polite. The room was odorless, with fresh air, and was bright, clean, and spacious. Everything was provided, including welcome fruit and a complimentary minibar. The bedding was comfortable, and the blankets were light and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and constantly replenished, with the table cleaned promptly. The food was delicious, and the noodle maker patiently and enthusiastically showed me how to add the toppings. Throughout my stay, all facilities were clean, hygienic, and functioned perfectly. The staff were never bothersome, making my stay very comfortable. Lingling, the receptionist, was particularly warm and patient, making me feel right from the start. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Xinchang; I call it the king of value for money in Xinchang.

I was really torn when choosing a hotel, but I was drawn to the breakfast after reading reviews and immediately booked a king-size room. We were offered an upgrade, and after confirming it at the front desk, we received it. We were also given a small snack bag upon check-in, and surprisingly, a fresh fruit plate was delivered to our room after check-in. I loved the minimalist color scheme. The room had clear divisions and the decor was perfectly tailored to our tastes. I loved the sofa, and the mini-fridge had drinks ready. There was also an iron, shoehorn, and scales. There's also a gym and laundry room downstairs, which was really convenient. It was quite quiet at night, and the central air conditioning wasn't too loud. Breakfast was my favorite part. I didn't expect the buffet to have so many options. I wish I had a 256GB stomach. My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay, and he couldn't stop praising it. My only regret was that I should have gone to the bar for a little tipple that evening. I've already recommended this hotel to friends and plan to return with my family soon.

We were passing through Xinchang with our family and decided to stay overnight at this hotel. The rooms were very new, so new that there was still a strong smell of renovation, especially in the hallways. I recommend ensuring good ventilation. The hotel service was good, and the location was excellent. It's convenient to go anywhere, and there's no traffic congestion. There's underground parking, which is very convenient. The underground parking has charging stations, but most areas are still under construction, and there was a strong dust smell. The hotel breakfast was fantastic; they even had roasted pork knuckle, which was delicious. Everyone should definitely try their breakfast!

It was surprisingly good. Honestly, there was nothing to fault, from the room to the breakfast to the service. The handsome guy at the front desk was very welcoming. He even lent me his computer when I couldn't connect to the internet. One suggestion: There's a small step at the entrance; I'd recommend making it more clearly marked. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Xinchang!
