The location is great, right at the village entrance parking lot. The room and environment are okay. The only downside is the service; the price doesn't match the service. The door to the front desk is extremely heavy. We dragged our luggage and tried to open it ourselves, while the two receptionists just watched without offering to help. This happened for two days in a row. The so-called ”service manager” carried our toothbrushes upstairs and only asked, ”Do you need help moving your luggage?” Shouldn't they have offered to help us from the start? However, they didn't actually help. For a room with three people, they only provided two bottles of water, two sets of towels, and two breakfast vouchers. What was the point of adding me on WeChat beforehand and asking how many adults were in my room? I don't understand… Oh, and the milk cup at breakfast was broken; I didn't dare drink it.

Great hotel for business travel. The rooms are clean, quiet, and well set up for working, with reliable Wi-Fi and a comfortable desk. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which I really appreciated on a tight schedule.

This hotel has been in my collection for a long time. This time, when I saw the pre-sale package, I immediately brought my parents to experience it. It was really different in the winter off-season. The hotel is in the mountains, private and quiet. The hotel facilities are complete and the scenery is beautiful. It is absolutely a pleasure to sit on the cloud ladder of more than 200 meters and drink afternoon tea on the top of the mountain. The housekeeper Zoey will introduce some of the hotel facilities in advance before the trip, and will also ask about matters that need to be prepared in advance, which is very considerate. This package also includes free photo shooting. The photographer Mr. Fan is very professional. He will find a good camera position and teach you how to pose on the spot, so that such beautiful photos can be taken. Family and friends all praised the good photos. It was a very satisfying trip.

I am a solo traveller to Xinchang. Great experience staying in a local minsu where the owners are very friendly and helpful, providing advice on how I could navigate the neighborhood. Grateful for their warm hospitality as well and they even offered to let me stay in the minsu (late check out) because my train departing xinchang is at 8pm. May Lord bless the minsu owners!

The room was cozy and of good quality. The service was exceptional. On a snowy day, they helped cover my car with a car cover after I parked outside. The front desk staff were very helpful and I highly recommend them. You can even see the snow scene from your bed!

It is located about 40 min away from the train station. It’s a good spot because it is quiet and you can access the scenic areas easily by taxi. You have nearby Dafosi temple ( 20 min), Mount Tianmu ( 30 min) and Shijiufeng ( 50 min) The room was comfortable and the service was good. Breakfast was included.

The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience. I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side. The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street. The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic venue for a young family, great location with lots of hiking options nearby. Staff were so helpful and attentive, lovely breakfast and the restaurant provided quality meals in the evening. Highly recommended.

This is a good hotel only 5 minutes walk from the famous Buddhist temple in Xinchang, and a shirt taxi ride from Xinchang's main shopping area...so the location is great. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the room was clean and quiet.
