This hotel is quite New with new facilities and quite good services .

The service is not good The staff did not be nice Room hygiene is fine as the hotel is newly decorated

We lived on the 14th floor. There was a bar on the 3rd and 4th floors. The sound system continued until 2 a.m., so we couldn't get any rest. We also found a small cockroach (didn't take a picture of it). After negotiating with the front desk, they agreed to move the room to the 16th floor. Although the noise was a little quieter, the room had a strong musty smell. It turned out that the door frame and walls of the bathroom were moldy. I didn't get a good rest the whole night. The stay experience was quite bad, so I give a bad review.

The hotel is located in the city center. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast needs to be improved. There are not many choices.

今天早上前台女服務員態度太惡劣了，感覺酒店是她開的一樣，對客人説話特別不客氣，不知道這個酒店是怎麼招到的，這種服務態度也配幹前台，這個酒店招到這種人真是倒黴！態度不好就算了，感覺整個興寧都是她家的這種態度，有這種工作人員也是這家店的福氣！以後避雷吧，大家考慮清楚再選擇這家酒店是我見過最差的酒店沒有之一！

服務態度很好，地理位置優越，帶OK，房間衞生好

停車方便，門口和地下停車場都可以，服務好，特別是客房大姐，房間也大，去周邊廣場也近，有一點是樓下馬路休閑的地方，退休爺爺奶奶太活躍，早晚都在那裡唱跳打牌，播放音響～稍微有點聲音

很差很差很差很差很差很差很差很差很差很差很差 住過最差的酒店！！！早飯就一小碗麪 不夠吃還不給加 讓問前台！簡直**！四百多一晚住的垃圾酒店！臨走要瓶水 前台説沒有 ，問我見過哪個酒店前台會有水？簡直笑**！！我住過的所有酒店前台都會給水！就你們**！！太噁心！邊上就是ktv，半夜一點鐘還在唱歌！吵到睡不着覺！房間裏全是灰塵！垃圾！！！

位置超好，離新城中心很近，走路就能去到。周邊環境也不錯，樓下有幾間餐廳，還有便利店，晚上很安靜。停車方便有酒店專用的停車場。

服務很好，環境很好。

可以，房間夠寬，出門是風英長廊，還可以走走，出行也方便
