Holiday Inn XINGTAI QUANCHENG by IHG

Overall, I was extremely satisfied. Zora, the front desk agent, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was very efficient. The room exceeded my expectations – I hadn't anticipated a mini-suite would have two bathrooms and three sinks, which was incredibly convenient. The room felt brand new, with no signs of wear and tear, and no lingering renovation smells. The cleanliness was also excellent, even for someone with a phobia of germs. I also tried the Southeast Asian-style buffet dinner. It wasn't crowded, and most of the advertised dishes were available, making it worth trying. The congee at the breakfast noodle station was excellent – having a bowl of congee in the morning was very comforting. Although this was a leisure trip, I actually felt this hotel in Xingtai was perfect for a staycation. They even gave me a complimentary drink at the lobby bar. If I were a local, I'd definitely consider staying here for a weekend getaway.

The breakfast was good and the environment was very pleasant. Xiao Wang at the front desk was also very enthusiastic. However, the curtains seemed a bit lacking. Why did I wake up so early and couldn't go back to sleep? 😂

The environment here is great, and the service is good too. However, the location is a bit out of the way, quite far from the city center, which is inconvenient. On the plus side, getting a taxi isn't difficult. All in all, it's considered a good hotel in Xingtai.

The front desk staff, especially Xiao Cao, was incredibly attentive. Check-in was efficient and swift, and she was warm and polite, answering all our questions and handling everything thoroughly. She made us feel very comfortable. She definitely deserves a special mention!
