I've stayed at both hotels near the airport in Xining, which is the starting point for the Qinghai-Gansu loop. This one and the other [hotel name] nearby. In terms of bedding and space, Park Plaza has a slight edge. However, when it comes to service and operations, Park Plaza has a lot of room for improvement. The biggest issue with both hotels is the serious overlooking into residential buildings, but from the perspective of just getting a good night's sleep before heading off, both are fine and recommended.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The breakfast was delicious, and there's a bookstore downstairs. The staff (a young man) was very patient and recommended a great lunch spot. Another staff member (a young woman) kindly helped us find a place to get oxygen. When they found out we were driving to Qinghai Lake, they even gave us a few bottles of water for the road. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance!

The hotel was pretty good overall, except for the breakfast. The room was quite large, spacious, and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and tidy, even coming with bath bags for the tub. The only downside was the inconvenient underground parking.

The room was spacious. I enjoyed a comfortable bath. There's a parking lot right next to the hotel, and parking is free if the hotel registers your license plate. Across the street, there's a shopping mall with plenty of affordable food and drink options. I got a sweet fermented grain dessert for 5 yuan and a cold noodle dish for just 7 yuan.
