Xining Yunshang Qunjia Jinling Landscape Hotel

We decided to take the kids to Qunjia Hotel this weekend, but what truly convinced us was the hotel's beautiful name – "Qunjia in the Clouds, Jinling Mountains and Waters" – coupled with our longing for the surrounding scenery. Although we missed the peak season of July and August when the vegetation is at its most lush, a heavy snowfall in Huangzhong the day before our trip led us to encounter stunning snowscapes along the way. Standing at the hotel, we could see layers of scenery, each with its own unique charm: snow-capped mountains in the distance, evergreen pines and cypresses nearby, and sparse, unopened forests and wildflowers, all arranged in a harmonious and picturesque way. The hotel itself offers a variety of unique accommodation options. Saturday evening, we witnessed a breathtaking sunset, gentle and soothing. The hotel's braised veal and Huaiyang-style stewed dried bean curd were delicious and highly recommended. I especially want to praise the two staff members, a young man from Northeast China and a young man from Southern China. Their attentive and warm service was remarkable; both of our children adored them and insisted on giving them a perfect 10/10 review. All in all, it was a very pleasant family trip, with unique scenery and heartwarming experiences. We would definitely come back again.

Hidden in the high-altitude forests, the Yunshang Qunjia resort truly lives up to its name! The most delightful surprise of this trip was the Yunshang Qunjia Mountain and Water Hotel in Xining! As a high-quality project of the Jiangsu-Qinghai cooperation, it perfectly blends high-altitude ecology with comfortable accommodations, offering an exceptional experience. Just a 1.5-hour drive from Xining, you'll reach the heart of the Qunjia National Forest Park. With a 79% forest coverage, the air is filled with negative ions, instantly escaping the city's hustle and bustle – a veritable natural oxygen bar. The Tibetan-style wooden cabin we chose was built into the mountainside, spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the verdant mountains. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the sunset paint the mountainsides in the evening – the name "Yunshang" (meaning "above the clouds") is indeed well-deserved. The room facilities were incredibly thoughtful, with a separate wet and dry bathroom, ample disposable toiletries, perfectly suited to the high-altitude climate. The soft and comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep. The dining options are a fusion of northern and southern flavors, with exquisite Huaiyang cuisine paired with local specialties like venison and yak meat – every bite a delightful surprise. The service was exceptionally heartwarming; the staff were enthusiastic and attentive, proactively introducing the tour routes and showing thoughtfulness in every detail, making the journey feel warm and welcoming.

The view from the window was of rolling mountains and forests; it felt like living inside a painting, every snapshot a masterpiece, no filter needed. From check-in to check-out, all the staff greeted me with smiles and introduced the facilities. They responded incredibly quickly to any issues, making me feel like I had an invisible butler—always there when needed, yet never overly intrusive. As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I couldn't find a single fault! The room had no unpleasant odors, the bedding was dry and white, and the bathroom fixtures were spotless. This attention to detail in cleanliness was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. In short, it's the perfect choice for relaxation, both physically and mentally, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

Who knows! I stayed at my dream hotel in the wilderness! This hotel, hidden in the mountains, has an absolutely amazing location. Nestled in a secluded spot halfway up a mountain, the drive in is filled with stunning snow-capped mountain views, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, even the air is filled with the fragrance of grass and trees. Sitting on the terrace at dusk, watching the sunset paint the sky orange-pink, the tranquility is something that city hotels can't provide!

We came here for tourism and were very satisfied with our stay. The room was comfortable, the facilities were new, and it was very clean! The hotel service was also excellent; every staff member was attentive and friendly. The breakfast was also very plentiful and delicious 👍. The hotel has a great location and a beautiful environment! You can see natural beauty right from the balcony door of your room. We took pictures of the sunrise over the mountains in the morning and even saw shooting stars at night. It was a fantastic stay!

I was a little worried when booking, as it's the season and I was traveling with elderly people and young children, and I was afraid they'd get cold. However, after booking, before we even arrived, the handsome receptionist contacted us at noon to ask about our arrival time. We were pleasantly surprised and he upgraded our room for free, turned on the air conditioning in advance, and even kindly reminded us to be careful with the snow. The hotel was very clean and spacious; you could practically run in the room. Because the central air conditioning was turned on early, and there was also an electric heater in the room (I don't know what to call this heating device), it wasn't cold at all, quite warm. We turned off the heater and lowered the air conditioning temperature early. The room had welcome fruit, yogurt, tea set, etc., and also had a smart toilet. The hotel is located in the Qunjiahei Gorge scenic area, and the view from the window is beautiful. There's a well-established hiking area next to the hotel, and before leaving, we saw many children hiking there. So, wandering around the area around the hotel was quite interesting. Due to the season, there weren't many people. Although breakfast wasn't a buffet but a set meal, it was simple and filling enough. The staff were very responsive and had a great attitude. Before we left, the handsome receptionist even gave us a small gift, which made the kids very happy. Overall, it was definitely worth it; you must experience the service at this hotel. Highly recommended!

Winter is the perfect time to escape to the mountains! Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the mountains offer tranquility and complete relaxation. Before setting off, I was worried about the heating, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary; the room was fully equipped. The housekeeping staff were incredibly thoughtful, turning on the air conditioning in advance to keep us warm. The handsome receptionist, Ma Hao, was especially kind, even bringing an extra graphene heater – the moment I stepped into the room, I was enveloped in warmth. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows facing the snow-capped mountains; I could enjoy the snow from my bed – so therapeutic! The breakfast was delicious and substantial. During the day, we enjoyed tea and hot pot on the terrace – so relaxing and comfortable. At night, the starry sky was romantic and heartwarming, filling me with happiness. I've already highly recommended this Yunshang Qunjia Jinling Mountain and Water Hotel, managed by Nanjing Jinling Hotel, to everyone I know!
