Qinghai Chenxin Hotel (Xining Railway Station)

This was the last and most satisfying hotel I stayed in during my 25-day journey. Its location is fantastic: directly opposite Xining Bus Station, with the train station just across a small road to its left, and the long-distance coach terminal a little further. When I arrived, laden with bags, and asked the front desk to store my luggage first, the two young ladies at reception carefully organized and put them away for us. After checking in, they were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions politely and speaking in gentle tones. The two gentlemen we encountered during the day were equally courteous. The room facilities were on par with or exceeded a 3-star standard, featuring a wet/dry separated bathroom and excellent shower pressure. Despite its proximity to the train station, bus stop, and long-distance coach terminal, our nights were surprisingly quiet, and it wasn't noisy during the day either. A minor flaw is that the rooms aren't particularly soundproof from each other; I suspect this is due to unsealed pipes inside the wardrobe near the window. The breakfast selection and taste were both good, and the restaurant itself was clean and tidy.

My stay this time was fantastic! The room was spotless with no unpleasant odors, and the soft, comfortable bedding ensured a great night's sleep. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient. The location is also excellent, being close to both the subway station and a shopping mall, which makes getting around and shopping very convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area!

The front desk staff were incredibly attentive; check-in was a breeze, and they even offered helpful tips for exploring the area. The room was clean and quiet, with soft, comfortable bedding that ensured a wonderful night's sleep. All the facilities worked perfectly, including ample hot water and powerful air conditioning. Breakfast offered a good variety, and everything tasted great. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station and offers excellent value for money. We even received complimentary welcome fruit. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they proactively asked if we needed station pick-up service, along with attending to other thoughtful details. During check-in, they also kindly reminded us that the weather gets quite cold in the mornings and evenings and advised us to dress warmly, which was incredibly considerate. The room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast selection was varied and perfectly to my liking, and enjoying breakfast on the 11th floor with a mountain view was a fantastic experience! Highly recommended!!!

Service: Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping team were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Welcome Fruit: The welcome fruit was incredibly sweet, unlike the limp, unappetizing fruit often provided in other cities. It was fresh, naturally sweet, and truly delicious. Environment: The hotel's location and the room environment were both excellent. We stayed for three consecutive nights.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a stone's throw from the Xining Railway Station bus stop, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive. They kindly upgraded our room and even provided complimentary fruit. Our room was spotlessly clean, bright, and spacious. Given that Xining experienced a significant temperature drop these past two days, they thoughtfully brought us extra blankets in the evening. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the overall price was very reasonable. Highly, highly recommended!

Overall, the hotel felt great. The lobby is spacious, and the decor has a charming retro/vintage style, yet it's very clean. The hotel is directly opposite the train station, and the view of trains departing from the station is quite beautiful. Surprisingly, it was very quiet at night. The wake-up call from the front desk was prompt, and while the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, you could really tell that everything was homemade.

I had an extremely satisfying stay. My experience was so good that after checking in upon arrival in Xining and completing the Grand Loop tour, I even extended my stay for an additional night. The room was spotless and odor-free. They not only offered complimentary fruit but also thoughtfully provided eye masks and earplugs. They even upgraded my windowless room to one with a window. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station, with bus stops just around the corner. The nearby night market and Xining's distinctive mosques are all within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient.
