Excellent location, very close to Wanda Plaza, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

This hotel is located in the bustling business district of Haihu New Area, close to Wanda Plaza, offering a great commercial atmosphere. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, with a rich variety of local delicacies. Famous eateries like Maxianqing Roast Meat and Dingniu Ramen are right next door. The rooms are luxuriously decorated, spacious, and bright, with excellent cleanliness and a full range of amenities. The beds are soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a quiet stay. The butler, Qingyu, provided excellent service and deserves high praise. The overall experience was superb.

Check-in Experience: The front desk staff were incredibly efficient, and the lady at reception had a warm smile. She thoughtfully introduced the hotel facilities and local attractions. Our room was upgraded to a high-floor city view, offering a spacious and bright feel the moment we stepped in. Room Amenities: The decor was modern and minimalist, with great attention to detail. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The toiletries were of good quality. Service Quality: Housekeeping was very responsive; an extra set of pillows arrived within five minutes of our request. The turndown service was meticulous and even included a handwritten weather forecast card. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with delicious local specialties. Location: There's an airport shuttle right outside the hotel, and the surrounding area boasts numerous shopping centers and restaurants. It's also easy to get a taxi to tourist spots. Despite being in a bustling area, the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed stay.

This is a very nice hotel right one of the best parts of Xining for restaurants, malls, coffee shops, etc. The pool was fun for the kids (though the water was cold). Breakfast was very good and the rooms were nice.

Best location, very friendly staff, we booked one night on this platform, and needed to extended our stay for one night, the front desk staff (Ms. Xiao) gave us the best rate and even an upgrade, very impressed with their service standard

Clean and comfortable rooms as well as common areas. Convenient location (close to shopping mall, railway station and the amazing museum about ******* culture). Caring and foreigner-friendly staff. During winter, the room was quite hot and the aircon did not work. Opening the window helped a bit.

First time in Xining and didn’t know what to expect. Staff were warm and pleasant. Room was really toasty and I wished the aircon could be switched on at night as the room became really stuffy and hot, especially with thick duvets. Breakfast was good. Thank you.

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

My stay at R & F Wanda Vista in Xining was comfortable and classy. Isabel at the front desk took care to ensure my stay was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Service is amazing. Breakfast is extremely good with a very big choice of western food. At check out Isabelle even gave me some complementary coffee for my train trip to Lhasa, as well as a gif box from the hotel. Absolutely value for you money! One of the hotels in China that really deserves 5 Stars! Thanks!
