Holiday Inn Express XINING RAILWAY STATION by IHG

This was the first hotel we stayed at with friends on our Qinghai-Gansu loop trip. The staff were very professional, and the room was excellent and quiet. Breakfast was delicious, and the afternoon tea was also great. It's conveniently located for getting around.

I booked this room for my parents, and they were very satisfied after their stay. Thank you to the hotel for their warm service. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station, with many dining options nearby, and convenient transportation.

The room experience was great. The milk with the afternoon tea was delicious, and the breakfast was very rich.

Belonging to the Crowne Plaza brand, the service was, as expected, impeccable, and the accommodations were excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and we were even treated to complimentary afternoon tea and desserts. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to Xining Railway Station, about a 1km walk. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xining!

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The location was convenient, with plenty of bus stops, shops, and restaurants nearby. The hotel also had a 24-hour gym accessible with a room key. The hotel breakfast met international standards, offering a wide variety of food, and the yogurt was particularly delicious.

The hotel was unexpectedly great! I had originally booked a twin-bed standard room but accidentally got a king-size one. The front desk lady, Mengjie, was very understanding and helped me switch to a twin-bed room. The room was spacious and very well-designed. What's more, she knew I had an early train to catch the next morning, so she not only gave us complimentary breakfast but also arranged for us to have it early and even provided a car to take us to the train station. The hotel breakfast was also excellent; despite us eating half an hour early to catch our train, there was a rich variety of dishes. The restaurant staff, especially Xiao Wang, provided wonderful service and even arranged two servings of nut yogurt for us. It truly felt like a home away from home, I was so touched! Definitely a five-star rating!!!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to the train station and surrounded by a mature and bustling commercial area. As a brand under the InterContinental Hotels Group, the rooms feature comfortable and clean linens, and the shower offers great water pressure with hygienic bathroom facilities. The front desk staff provides excellent service, and both above-ground and underground parking are conveniently available. The beef noodles for breakfast are also quite good.

Got an upgrade to a suite, which was very comfortable. Excellent!
