沒有電梯。樓不高，但是一開始沒熱水，找了後有了，也很小水流，洗澡非常不爽。馬桶的上水還壞了。除這些不開心，其他都好。房間比較新，設施也全。自己的酒店廚師很棒，吃了兩頓都很滿意。周邊景色很美，清幽，大有世外桃源。

整體還是值得推薦的，更偏向於一個比較温馨的民宿。酒店的有些設施一般（衞生間）。但是雙床房必須好評，兩張1.5米的大床，可以拼到一塊秒變3米大床，睡兩大兩小完全沒有問題。床墊偏軟。
衞生整體還是可以，餐廳很大。
餐飲是一個特色，價格不貴，味道也挺好。
交通便利，酒店位置就在山生有杏酒店旁邊。到雲上牧場開車大概七八分鐘。

院裏的整體環境還可以，房間裏的設施陳舊，衞生間也不乾淨，應該是裝修了挺長時間的，將就住了一晚上，連澡都沒洗，不推薦入住。

整體感覺舒適，我們是朋友兩個家庭一起出遊，老小都有，住的是一棟別墅上下兩層。裏面設施齊全有長者愛玩的麻將和茶具，門口就是小童遊樂區。客棧還有美味的飯菜，份量挺大的，節約是中華民族傳統美德點菜是不要浪費吆，特別適合家庭和朋友一起出遊的住所。
