Zhengzhou Yinji Ice and Snow Hotel

The room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and the facilities were complete. The Didi train (park shuttle service) was perfect, especially since it was raining. I took a stroll in the backyard; the environment was beautiful, and the air was fresh and pleasant, making it ideal for an early morning walk. The tiger crab at the Snow Deer Restaurant was delicious!

The room was very clean and super close to Yinji Animal Kingdom, just a five-minute walk away. We could watch the fireworks at night and then visit the park the next day. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room service was excellent and very attentive.

This hotel was good, very good, excellent – the experience far exceeded my expectations. The room facilities were clean and new, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, responding to requests promptly and thoughtfully. Breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. My only minor sentiment is that it was expensive, very expensive, extremely expensive. However, for this quality and service, it was still worth the money overall. I will definitely prioritize choosing this place for my next trip.

For this price, the breakfast was absolutely terrible, truly unappetizing and clearly just a quick fix. And if breakfast was bad, the lunch I paid extra for was not only expensive, but equally inedible. Such garbage!

This hotel is super close to Animal Kingdom and Ice World, just a 5-minute walk away. Staying here also gets you early access to Animal Kingdom 30 minutes before opening (a lifesaver during peak season!). We originally booked a Polar Bear King Room, but since it was my birthday, the front desk automatically upgraded us to a family room. Our room even had a view of the Animal Kingdom's 9 PM fireworks show. The hotel has plenty of entertainment facilities. The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular. Room amenities felt a bit average though; there were too many light switches, and it was hard to tell which one did what – a master switch would be great. I'd suggest removing the carpet from the rooms (it gets dirty too easily and is hard to clean). Also, adding more towel and clothes hooks in the bathroom would be a good idea. Overall, it's a pretty good spot, especially for families traveling with kids.

Staying at the Ice and Snow Hotel is incredibly convenient! It's just a 5-minute walk to Animal Kingdom, and you can enter half an hour early. Snow World is only a 2-minute walk away, and you get unlimited access to both during your stay. The hotel offers a wide range of entertainment options too, like the Kids' Driving School, slides, mini-golf, and Giraffe Paradise. Plus, they're currently offering a late-night snack, making it excellent value for money!

What truly sets the Ice and Snow Hotel apart is its exceptional staff. We encountered a few issues upon arrival, but the hotel team quickly and patiently resolved everything. I honestly thought I wouldn't return, but their amazing attitude from start to finish, especially with the children – going above and beyond to meet their needs – really touched me. I'll definitely be back! Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient for getting to the park.

I visited two years ago and had a pretty good experience, but this time was truly disappointing. We stayed in their so-called 'Ultraman Family Room' which is supposed to be the best, but it doesn't even come close to what Chimelong, Disney, or other family-friendly hotels in Sanya offer. The room felt old and dated, and the cleanliness was questionable. The curtains wouldn't close properly, and the balcony was incredibly dirty and neglected. The room was also full of mosquitoes. We stayed for five days, and the 'cleaning' service only consisted of emptying the trash; they didn't even bother to make the beds. The hotel's various activities felt like a mere formality, just going through the motions to entertain kids, like handing out meaningless badges. I definitely won't be coming back and strongly advise against staying here! I even took pictures of the dirty cushions and the room, but I can't bring myself to post them.

Amenities: In addition to basic accommodation, the hotel also offers excellent entertainment. You can enjoy many activities without even leaving the hotel. The package also included tickets to the Animal Kingdom, which was great value for money. Cons: Check-in was inconvenient. Although self-check-in was available via QR code, I still needed to ask for assistance, making the QR code option feel a bit redundant.
