I initially thought the 5.0 rating on the hotel was pretty good, especially since I was traveling with my eight-month-old baby, parents, and myself. However, when we arrived, we were supposed to check in at 2 PM, but they said the room wasn't cleaned properly and we didn't check in until 2:40 PM – that's the first point. Second, there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub, along with a large water stain. There was also hair under the coffee table in the living room. After I complained, they brought me a watermelon and apologized, saying they would clean it again later. However, when we returned from the Qinwei Water City around 10 PM, I wanted to take a bath before bed, but the bathtub was still dirty. I was quite annoyed, even though I had already mentioned that they would clean it more thoroughly because of the baby. Fortunately, the front desk eventually came to clean and disinfect it. Third, there were no slippers in the shower. Fourth, the bathroom had a strong odor; it smelled terrible the next morning. Fifth, the toilet was awful; you had to flush first, and water splashed all over your bottom. Sixth point: The air conditioning was very difficult to adjust. Even at the lowest fan speed, the airflow was still very strong. Even at 28 degrees Celsius, the air blowing directly on my skin was still very cold and uncomfortable. I had no choice but to turn it on to 30 degrees Celsius at night. Seventh point: The room was very damp, which was very uncomfortable because there was a water feature outside.
