經常入住這家酒店，房間設施挺好，最近一次入住的時候趕上一個服務很差的前台，介紹房間很多套路，總是推銷貴的房間，安排到了最南側的腳落房間，凌晨到早上火車每次路過都有道閘報警的聲音，被吵醒很多次，打電話問前台問情況還裝作無知，建議以後入住時提醒，送耳塞備用，服務更加人性化。
