JI Hotel properties in Xinxiang

The service at Atour Hotel Xinxiang was excellent. The front desk was well-staffed, and the staff explained everything patiently. They also recommended a well-established local restaurant for lamb stew noodles, which was delicious and conveniently located near the hotel. The Atour bed was incredibly comfortable; with the blackout curtains drawn, I slept soundly until noon!

First, after booking the room, someone called to add me on WeChat to discuss precautions and parking. It was 5 PM, and no one contacted me again. At the scenic area, each person had to pay 30 yuan for a bus fare (children under 1.2 meters are free). After the bus, you had to transfer to a shuttle bus. Then you had to drag your luggage a bit to get to the hotel. The front desk staff acted like they didn't see customers. The food street was closed by 6 PM, and there were no cigarettes for sale. If you were hungry, you could only eat noodles across the street. For such a large scenic area, honestly, it was quite disappointing.

I must say, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were bright and airy, spotless, and very upscale! The toiletries were also very complete. The staff were exceptionally kind and responsive, and the hallways were quiet and peaceful. The value for money was incredible, and I highly recommend it!
