QIANNA HOTEL GLORIOUS properties in Xinxiang

Great hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior. Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city. The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them). The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time). There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them

This time I chose the most satisfying hotel. The front desk gave me an upgraded audio-visual room! I didn't expect the whole audio-visual membership to open for free. Large movies, variety shows, hot dramas to watch as you like, super clear picture quality + stereo sound, there is no such comfortable movie viewing experience at home! The room was cleaned, the facilities were complete, the shading effect was good, and the immersive chase drama was not disturbed at all. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, the breakfast was rich, the category was good, the stay experience was full, and the next stay was also selected for this audio-visual room!

Traveling with a child, I booked a two-night stay. Due to bad weather, we arrived very late at night. The front desk attendant was very kind and kept checking in on our travel status. She even turned on the air conditioning in our room beforehand. She was always responsive to our requests. The hotel facilities are quite new, and parking is very convenient. There are many schools nearby, which means lots of street food options. The hotel was easy to find. Regarding cleanliness, I did find a few hairs on the inside of the bedsheet and duvet cover upon check-in, but everything else was fine. The breakfast was to my liking, clean, and hygienic, and the staff provided excellent service.
