A very satisfying stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the butler service was exceptionally attentive. They not only communicated promptly but also prepared thoughtful little gifts, which was truly touching. Although we couldn't play for as long as our baby is young, we've already decided to come back next year! Highly recommended!

The room was very clean, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the hotel service was good. I would definitely come back next time.

The facilities are totally inadequate for the high price!!! As soon as you enter, the bathroom stinks! The air conditioner is hot and cold! The towels look like the picture! Who would dare to use them?!!!

The front desk service was excellent. They upgraded us to a suite free of charge and included a complimentary buffet dinner for two, with a wide variety of delicious dishes. The environment was beautiful, the hot spring facilities were great, and the hygiene was impeccable.

The rooms and hot springs were both excellent. The environment was also very nice; a great place to relax every week.

This is the first time I've given a one-star review. Out of all the hot springs in Guangdong, this is the worst. The signage is confusing, and the service is terrible—I've never seen such poor service before. They didn't say which floor my room was on, or how to get hot and cold water from the pools. There were no signs or instructions at all. For such an expensive night, they didn't even provide a hairdryer! I had to wait ages to have one delivered from the front desk. It was absolutely awful. This is my honest experience; I will never go there again.

The environment is very pleasant and the scenery is beautiful! Parking is convenient, and 2 cars can be parked at the door of this villa. There is a hot spring pool on the balcony of each room of this room type, and there is also a hot spring pool in the garden, which is clean and tidy. There is a mahjong table, and children play water projects. The park has a children's playground and a reasonable design of water villas, with direct access to the swimming lane. The swimming lane is cold water. The hotel also has a large hot spring area where you can play in the water. There are many farmhouse restaurants around, and the hotel also has a singing KTV area. It is a good place for vacation. It is suitable for a family to play and everyone can have fun. The waiter service is very good, and the breakfast has a certain variety, which is ok. There is a sightseeing car to pick up, which is very convenient. The downside is that no matter how late you stay, the fruit will not be delivered the next day. The comments are real, voluntary and objective. No staff asked for high-score comments. This is a more practical hotel management.

Environment: Good, the waterfront villa is well designed, with direct access to the swimming lane and cold water in the swimming lane. There is a deer park (98 yuan for three people) and a wetland park nearby, which is a good place for vacation and suitable for a family. Facilities: The facilities are old, after all, they were built in 2019. The hygiene is OK and the service attitude is good.

It was a good family trip on May Day. The butler service was very responsive. The lawn music bonfire party and fireworks show at night had a sense of ceremony. The downside is that there are few delicious foods outside.

The room decoration is a bit old, and there is a musty smell when entering the room. The room reservation shows that the fruit is not delivered. There was a traffic jam on the evening of April 30th, and we checked in after 10 o'clock. We could only soak in the hot spring the next day. It rained all morning the next day, so we could only stay in the room. Since we were here, we had to soak in the hot spring. We checked out at 11:50 and wanted to soak in the hot spring, but we were told that we only had a few minutes, and we couldn't change our cards, and we couldn't enter the hot spring area to soak in the hot spring. There was no humanized service at all, which was too bad. If I checked out after 12 o'clock, I would have no problem saying that I was responsible. It was noon, and the May Day crowd hadn't arrived yet. We had to go to eat after soaking for 1 hour. A family of 4 spent 1,600 for two rooms, but they couldn't meet our small request. We were so disappointed.
