Stayed two nights in Xinyang for a food tour. This hotel was fantastic, really exceeded my expectations! Parking was convenient, the room was well-equipped, and hot water was instant. The AC worked great too. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful – they gave us complimentary welcome fruit and even allowed us a late check-out. If I'm ever back in Xinyang, I'll definitely book this place again!

Very satisfied overall! Just a couple of small suggestions: First, the bathroom light and the hallway light by the entrance are linked, which is a bit inconvenient. I was still getting ready, but my child needed to sleep, so I had to turn off the bathroom light and use my phone flashlight. Second, the self-service laundry room on the 9th floor didn't have any directional arrows. I ended up finding the staff laundry room, and when I went to get my clothes, the door was locked. However, the front desk service was excellent; they helped me go up and open the door. Everything else was great, highly recommend!
