Nalati Nianhuawan Hayinsai Resort Hotel

This was the most satisfying hotel of our entire trip. Staying in such a beautiful cabin in Nalati Grassland was just wonderful! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with so many Xinjiang specialties available. The bonfire party in the evening was also a lot of fun. Dining was very convenient, as the resort offers a variety of restaurants to choose from.

The hotel is located within the scenic area, making it very convenient to visit the Aerial Grassland and the River Valley Grassland. The butler was very thoughtful and helped us book Nalat Grassland scenic area tickets in advance. The hotel facilities are complete, clean, and hygienic. It's definitely worth staying here.

The Naraty Nianhuawan Hainse Resort is perfect for family trips. The greenery in the park is beautiful and the environment is tranquil. We had a great stay in the private courtyard family room; it was well-equipped and clean. After a relaxing soak in the hot spring, we could even watch the Nezha movie – truly a full leisure experience. The service was warm and attentive, making the overall stay pleasant and relaxing. It's definitely a worthwhile choice when visiting Naraty.

The hotel's location is fantastic – a left turn takes you to the Sky Grassland, and a right turn to the Valley Grassland. The rooms are a bit compact; it would be much more family-friendly for those with two children if they offered twin rooms with 1.5-meter beds. The overall environment is very quiet and beautiful, with plenty of restaurants and snack bars. There are also bonfire parties in the evenings, which are lively and create a great atmosphere. **Pros:** The butler contacts you in advance to help secure self-driving tickets. **Cons:** The bathroom had a terrible, awful smell.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Although the price was a bit high due to the peak season, the hotel's Kazakh features were very distinct. The breakfast was pretty good, and a hot spring dip in the evening was just perfect. I'd love to visit again if I get the chance.

The day before check-in, a butler added me on WeChat to book tickets for the Nalati scenic area. The hotel is located inside the scenic area and offers a shuttle service. Breakfast was great, and there was a lively bonfire party in the evening, making it very convenient for sightseeing. A special thanks to our butler, Xiaxia, who was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions. A very satisfying stay, highly recommended.

I highly recommend the Naraty Nianhua Bay Hayin Sai Resort Hotel! The hotel is situated right within the scenic area, which is a fantastic location as it saves you from commuting back and forth to the park entrance every day. This makes it super convenient to catch the sunrise over the grasslands in the morning and enjoy the sunset in the evening. The courtyard-style B&B design has a wonderful Kazakh feel. The rooms are clean and spacious, with floor heating and air conditioning throughout, and excellent facilities. You can see the grasslands and distant mountains right from your window, making for great photo opportunities. I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Zati! His service was attentive and impeccable throughout our stay. Before we even checked in, he proactively contacted us, meticulously explained the scenic area's routes and shuttle bus stops, and even shared many hidden local gems for us to visit. Any requests we had at the hotel were met with incredibly quick responses, and he patiently answered all our questions with warmth and sincerity. Having Zati help plan our itinerary saved us so much hassle and truly elevated our travel experience. The resort also offers free shuttle services within the park, a distinctive restaurant, and even bonfire activities in the evenings. If you're looking for an immersive experience of the Naraty Grasslands, this place is definitely a top choice. I'll choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel is great. It's located right within the scenic area, which is super convenient. The breakfast was delicious. Our butler, Xiao Su, provided excellent service; she was very thorough, detailed, and patient. Thumbs up!
