Room Amenities: Excellent! All the decor is meticulously chosen, from the fixtures to the soft furnishings, everything is top-notch. It has a distinctive local feel, and since the hotel is newly opened, all the equipment is very modern. Value for Money: Considering its location in a scenic area and during a holiday period, it's hard to find anything better. Especially after staying at an AC by Marriott, which was either more expensive or similarly priced, this Indigo really blows them out of the water. Breakfast: Delicious and very diverse, with many local specialties. They even had hearty dishes like hand-shredded lamb ribs, packed with protein! Location & Transport: It's very close to the scenic area, and there are charging stations right downstairs at the hotel, which is super convenient. Service: Everyone was wonderful. The front desk lady even thoughtfully upgraded my room type. I'm so pleased!

The Indigo Hotel is super convenient, just a 3-minute drive from the scenic area entrance. There's even a gas station right across the street. The rooms are spacious and offer amazing views of the grasslands. The breakfast spread is generous, and the dinner buffet even includes hot pot! The staff are really enthusiastic and always ready to help. Taking a walk around the horse ranch in the evening offers stunning sunset views. I'd definitely choose the Indigo again next time I'm in Narat.

This hotel is fantastic! As an Indigo property under IHG, it consistently maintains a five-star standard. They upgraded my room, provided a fruit platter upon check-in, and even offered a complimentary tremella soup during turn-down service – the attention to detail is truly impressive. The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and varied.

Director Alice was incredibly thoughtful. She proactively contacted the hotel in advance, and after understanding my needs, she arranged everything perfectly. She arranged a ground-floor room with a small courtyard, which was lovely for strolling out and enjoying the endless natural scenery. My experience this time was excellent, and I'd like to give a thumbs up for their professional service! 👍

The guest team, especially Alice, provided excellent service. The hotel's location is super convenient, and you can even watch the sunset over the snowy mountains right from your room, which feels very close to nature. All the staff were quite enthusiastic. Thumbs up!

During my May Day holiday trip to Narat, I stayed at the Indigo. We often choose IHG hotels like InterContinental or Indigo when we travel, especially since each Indigo has its own unique design. The hotel lobby here was also beautiful, and when we checked in, a lovely staff member brought us yogurt and cheese buns to try. In the evening, we went to a bonfire party and had a light meal. Upon checkout, they even gave us a little lamb souvenir, which made us very happy!

Alice, the butler, was very prompt with her service. Before we arrived, she took note of our request for a stroller and for our two rooms to be close together, and everything was perfectly arranged. The hotel breakfast deserves high praise; it was the best breakfast we had during our stay. The service was warm and friendly, and the food quality was excellent. I especially recommend the bread. Our room was clean and spacious, and the soundproofing was very effective.

The room and hotel facilities were beyond excellent, and the breakfast was fantastic. Eva at the front desk was especially wonderful—so kind and enthusiastic. She even upgraded our room!

Facilities: The facilities and equipment are definitely good. Environment: The hotel is directly facing the Nalat Grassland scenic area, offering first-class views and surroundings. Service: It feels like the hotel is understaffed. You can see the service personnel trying their best to assist guests, but overall, it's still somewhat unsatisfactory. On the day of check-in, the hotel was conducting a fire drill; the corridors were almost completely dark except for emergency lights. The fire drill notification in the room stated it would be from 2-3 PM, but the drill was still ongoing when I checked in around 6 PM. There was also no check-in ceremony. The hotel's bar was closed on the day of my stay, and I didn't see any horses at the hotel's equestrian club. There were no other activities available for guests to experience. I hope the hotel can add more local cultural experiences in the future. Of course, the hotel staff did make many efforts to compensate for these issues afterwards, and I am very grateful for that.

The food at the restaurant was also delicious, and the restaurant itself offered fantastic views. My entire experience was superb. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!
