Speechless, it's just so beautiful! Every photo turns out amazing. This is by far the most comfortable place I've ever stayed. They even have a Dyson hairdryer! Everything, from the amenities and service to the views, is absolutely top-notch. It's gorgeous everywhere you look. And the two little dogs are incredibly cute – Chocolate and Little Yellow. Chocolate is calm and steady, while Little Yellow is adorable and lively. Little Yellow even came to see us off when we left, which was so touching! Next time I come to Nalati, I'm definitely staying here again. I just love it so much!!!!

Great location, right in the heart of the prairie! The front desk staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, and the shuttle driver was handsome and enthusiastic. If you're visiting Narat, this place is definitely worth experiencing. Animal lovers, you absolutely have to choose this hotel – there are so many cute cats and dogs! My only complaint is about dinner. We ordered Xinjiang Da Pan Ji (big plate chicken), a family favorite, about three hours in advance. It explicitly came with noodles, but when it was time to eat, we were told the essential noodles were gone and they swapped it for rice. We had to just grin and bear it. However, the lamb bone soup was delicious and highly recommended! Despite a few hiccups during our stay, the staff really tried their best to resolve issues and coordinate things. Overall, it's still a recommended experience!

This time, I brought my family to stay at the hotel right in the center of Nalat Grassland. Behind the restaurant is a vast expanse of grassland. Having breakfast while enjoying such a view was so chill! After breakfast, the butler helped us book horses from the local herdsmen. The uncle's horses were all very gentle, so we felt at ease letting the kids ride them right by the entrance. Coming here this season, as someone from the south, we even got to see snow! The staff were all very attentive throughout our stay. Whenever we needed to go out, the butler arranged transportation, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The hotel has many cute cats and dogs that they raise themselves. Apparently, they're all 'official' pets and very friendly. Our room was clean and tidy, and the butler would ask and arrange daily housekeeping, which was very thoughtful. They even put a humidifier in the room, which was a nice touch, as Xinjiang can be a bit dry – super friendly for us southern tourists! I've already recommended it to friends who plan to visit Nalat!

After looking at several hotels within the scenic area, I ultimately chose Yunshan Inn, and I'm so glad I did – it definitely lived up to my expectations! First off, it just opened last year, so all the room facilities are quite new and well-equipped. Plus, it's right in the scenic river valley grassland, so you're already in the grasslands the moment you check in, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The weather has been fantastic these past few days too; we've seen some absolutely stunning sunsets while out for evening strolls. The staff's service attitude is also excellent. A butler proactively contacted me even before I checked in, followed up on my itinerary, answered all my questions, and even sent me a self-made travel guide. It was incredibly thoughtful! I'll definitely come back again in the summer if I get the chance. I bet the vast grasslands look even more beautiful then!

I'm giving it a five-star rating because, aside from the snowy roads making driving a bit tricky, there were absolutely no downsides. Being a newly opened hotel, all the facilities are brand new. The room was spacious, and the TV's adjustable angle was a thoughtful touch. Upon check-in, we received complimentary wine, fruit, and sweet fermented rice balls, and the staff member was incredibly friendly. There's a laundry room next to the restaurant, which is super convenient for quick washes, and the breakfast was also excellent. It snowed heavily on the night we checked in – it was truly beautiful, a breathtaking sight.

The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room act like natural frames, offering panoramic views of Nalati's ultimate winter beauty. The courtyard, covered in snow, looks like a winter wonderland, and occasionally, you'll encounter the hotel's adorable cats and dogs, adding a lot of charm. The dining truly stood out. The specialty hotpot set meal was incredibly generous, with two large pots of soup base, each with a distinct flavor. The ingredients were fresh and abundant, packed with beef, lamb, and various vegetables. It struck a great balance between taste and value for money, making for a warm and comforting meal in winter. The accommodation details were very thoughtful. The smart home devices were easy to operate, and the room was equipped with a humidifier and a heated toilet seat, perfectly solving the dryness and coldness issues of winter in the north. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring excellent sleep quality. The bathroom was dry-wet separated, hot water was readily available, and toiletries were comprehensive. Service was impeccable. The butler was warm and attentive, proactively assisting with storing ski equipment and other gear. The front desk staff provided meticulous service; when we had an early start for our itinerary, they thoughtfully packed freshly baked naan bread and hot milk for us. The hotel's location is close to the scenic area, making travel convenient, and the surroundings are quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, this was an absolutely perfect stay. It's highly recommended for family trips, friends traveling together, or solo travelers planning to visit Nalati! I definitely plan to come back and experience the summer sky grassland next time!

The entire property has a soft water system, which is incredibly important in a dry region like Xinjiang – otherwise, your face would be peeling! 🌞 They even have Dyson hairdryers and a smart home system throughout. **Ambiance:** It's super photogenic here. Whether it's snowy in winter or green grasslands in summer, every photo turns out amazing, especially the blue hour at night – it has a real Nordic vibe. The staff here are all wonderful. The breakfast menu changes daily, and they use high-quality coffee beans. This is by far the best hotel experience I've had in Xinjiang, and you might even spot some celebrities!

The room was really new! The hotel offers meals that are not expensive and super convenient! The service is excellent and they are very attentive to your needs! It's a bit far from the ski resort, but it's only a few minutes' drive.

The 56 sqm space was incredibly spacious, with two 1.2-meter single beds plus a bunk bed for the kids. Our family of four felt no crowding at all, and the kids had plenty of room to run and play. The room was fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a humidifier. We arrived at night when it was windy and cold outside, but as soon as we entered the room, we found that the heating and air conditioning had already been turned on for us. We could immediately take off our thick clothes; it was warm and thoughtful~ The bathroom also had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was stable and plentiful. Even the kids said they didn't feel cold after their shower. The standalone design with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows meant that opening the curtains revealed Nalat's stunning winter scenery, instantly creating an amazing atmosphere. The front desk service was exceptional. Knowing we were driving in winter, they proactively warned us about road conditions and anti-slip precautions, and even thoughtfully planned our winter itinerary, making the whole trip incredibly worry-free. The room was clean and tidy, and the linens were changed for every guest, which gave us great peace of mind. It's also close to the scenic area, making travel super convenient. I've already recommended it to friends who are planning to visit Nalat, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!
