The facilities are well-equipped, and the service is warm and attentive. Our stay at Narati Muxinggu was fantastic! The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, and the rooms are clean and tidy with all the amenities you need and they work great. The staff were very warm and helpful, responding quickly to our requests and treating us with kindness and thoughtfulness. The hotel's location is excellent; you can enjoy the beautiful grassland scenery right outside, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The accommodation offers great value for money. Both the room's amenities and the attentive service were satisfying, providing a perfect place to relax after a tiring journey. I highly recommend staying at Muxinggu when visiting Narati. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Staying at the Muxinggu Starlight Hotel was the most delightful surprise of my entire trip to Nalati Grassland. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the scenic area's grasslands. Stepping out of the room, you're greeted by endless alpine meadows, with snow-capped mountains clearly visible in the distance. During the day, cattle and sheep graze peacefully, and at night, free from city light pollution, the Milky Way shines brightly. The viewing experience is truly unparalleled. The room's amenities far exceeded my expectations. The starlight ceiling and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows created an amazing ambiance. The smart home system was convenient to use, and the bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas had excellent water pressure and stable 24-hour hot water. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was meticulously cleaned daily, maintaining a high level of tidiness. On the private terrace, I enjoyed relaxing and soaking in the tranquil mountain scenery while feeling the grassland breeze. The staff provided genuinely practical service. Check-in was efficient and hassle-free. Any issues were promptly addressed, and they even kindly helped with self-driving tickets for the scenic area, saving me a lot of trouble. The hotel breakfast offered both local flavors and exquisite taste, and daily transportation to and from the scenic area was very convenient. Combining luxurious wilderness beauty with a comfortable living experience, it's perfect for both leisure vacations and stargazing trips. This will definitely be my first choice again when I return to Nalati.

Stepping out, you're right on the grassland, offering breathtaking views in the evening. At night, you can lie in bed and admire the starry sky. The entire hotel was meticulously clean with no overlooked spots. The staff were warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The hardware facilities are well-maintained with no signs of age or damage, and the soundproofing is excellent, providing a peaceful escape from noise. It offers great value for money, a quiet and healing environment. This is my top recommendation for anyone visiting Narat, and I'll definitely choose Starry Sky Valley Hotel again next time!

I genuinely recommend this hotel! It's right at the entrance of the scenic area, so you don't have to rush in the morning, and you can easily pop back to the hotel to rest whenever you get tired. They even have a map of the scenic area with route suggestions, making travel planning so much easier. The hotel also has a laundry room where you can even iron your clothes. The room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable – I slept so well because it was really quiet at night. You get a fantastic view of the grasslands and mountains right outside the window; every photo I took looked amazing, and watching the sunset in the evening was absolutely stunning. The local dishes at the hotel restaurant are incredibly delicious, portions are generous, and everything tastes authentic. The beef and lamb were fresh and tender, with no ***** smell at all. The owner and staff were all super friendly and patiently helped with any questions or issues. The price is also very reasonable. Staying here when visiting Nalati makes everything so convenient and offers excellent value for money!

They offer a service to purchase self-driving tickets, which is super helpful, especially during peak season. The room itself is a large converted container, and the air conditioning works really well, making it quite comfortable inside. There's also a small garden outside where you can play cards before sunset, which is very pleasant. I arrived around 4 PM, and there was only one young lady at the front desk handling both check-ins and ticket bookings. She was incredibly busy! I hope they can add more staff in the future.

Luggage service was incredibly slow upon check-out; I waited almost half an hour and ended up just taking my bags myself. Everything else was fine, very convenient and hassle-free.

A special thank you to Nana at the front desk for her constant smile and excellent service. She patiently answered all our questions, helped us plan our itinerary, and even upgraded our room, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The hygiene was impeccable, facilities were complete, and breakfast was delicious. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Nalati!
