Leaving this review in English to help out the foreign folks. I travelled from Singapore and absolutely got amazed by the su xin homestay. The place is a mix of excellent staff service and homestay quality. You will be welcomed by the down to earth homestay owner and the friendly homestay staffs(+ cat staff). He gives a hearty welcome to every single guest to make sure that you are well taken care of, regardless like about service or food provision. When possible, he offers you a proper intro of the place. If you need any help or travelling advice, reach out him. Not forgetting to mention, the chef is great! I love the local potatoes and eggs and other fresh ingredients procured locally.It is also of prime location, within minutes away from food and amenities in town but you get to enjoy the tranquil and simple beauty of nature. All the rooms have floor to ceiling windows, direct view into the amazing greenery. I stayed in the room with skylight where I got to star gaze late at night while lying on my bed. It’s abit chill at this time of the year but you can also walk down slope from the homestay and enjoy the night stars while standing beside the small river! The river is just walking distance. In the courtyard，covered with tulips and resting corners to sunbath and enjoying the scenery with tea. I’m lucky and got to enjoy the afternoon with awesome weather, clear skies! The homestay is also growing fruits and vegetables for their own consumption. Adding on about the prime location, from the homestay to Narati sky grassland entrance and tourist centre is just within minutes drive. You can enjoy the homestay breakfast buffet and place orders for dinner when you return from the grassland. Hope you enjoy as much as I did!

The room amenities were fantastic, with smart technology running throughout. The bed was so soft it felt like falling into a cloud. I slept through the night, almost thinking I'd been transported back to retirement. The breakfast, with its abundant variety, felt like a food party. The location is fantastic, with convenient transportation and close proximity to attractions and food courts, making travel incredibly convenient. The B&B's exterior is simple and elegant, while the interior is exquisite, with each room having its own unique style. The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, the bathroom odorless, and all the amenities were available. The hostess and staff were incredibly welcoming, proactively offering travel tips and advice, making our trip a seamless one. I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this B&B again on my next trip to the area!

The hotel exterior and public areas are beautiful, the rooms are clean and tidy, the hotel dinner hot pot is very good, the balcony has a great view, the staff are helpful and attentive, and parking is convenient. 👍

This is a great hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel doesn’t smell like cigarette smoke like many hotels, based on my experience, in China do. The only issue that I experienced with this hotel is the dryer in their laundry facility takes too long to dry clothes. It took over 3 hours for my clothes to dry in the dryer. I did laundry at night and it affected the time I went to bed. I did not expect this to be an issue. I expected my clothes to be dry within an hour, like many dryers are capable of doing. I did not get much sleep here because of this issue. I strongly suggest that the hotel gets dryers that dry clothes faster to improve the guest experience. I also recommend that they include English instructions on how to use the washing machine and dryer as well.

Out of 10, I'd give this B&B a 20!!! The chef's cooking is as good as any restaurant in town! The hotel and rooms are pictured. They're very clean, with a modern design. There's a washing machine and refrigerator, free parking, and a drink machine in the lobby with four free drinks. The rooftop offers beautiful sunsets and even outdoor singing, perfect for tour groups to have a little nighttime singing until 11 PM! The swing doubles as a hammock! It's truly excellent value for the price! After visiting Nalati, I felt like staying at the B&B for the entire holiday! They even have tomato noodle soup for breakfast!

Oh I need to say this. Not only this hotel is amazing, the people are very welcoming. This is the best hotel that we stayed during our trip to Xinjiang. The room is absolutely clean and beautiful. You will have stunning view through your window room. We really sad to leave the hotel and also the people because we not only treated as guest but as a family. Don’t worry about the distance to Nalati Scenic Area, they will bring you to the Nalati anytime you want. If you don’t have a time to go to Nalati, don’t worry, the scenic around the hotel is extension of Nalati itself. You will never get disappointed. Definitely, will be back again. In terms of views, I don't think I've seen anything more beautiful than Narat. The main attractions are mountains and water, and there are no obstructions. This is the best hotel I've stayed in in terms of natural scenery during my trip to Xinjiang. The guesthouse facilities are quite good, but after all, guesthouses offer natural views and can't provide the luxury of a star-rated hotel! Their advantage is that they occupy the closest spot to the lake, where the sunset views of Narat are absolutely breathtaking. The experience was fantastic! I spent two wonderful days here. Overall, the rooms were clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, and they even provided Xinjiang books, which was a thoughtful touch. It felt warmer than a hotel, and the view was unbeatable.

The best decision we ever made on our Xinjiang trip! After trekking from Taiwan to Narat, Xinjiang, the vastness of the grasslands had already left us in awe, but the warmth we experienced at the Yimei Hotel became the most precious memory of the entire journey. We planned to stay in Narat for two nights. To experience different styles, we booked the Yimei Hotel for the first day and another hotel for the second. To be honest, we initially only considered the Yimei Hotel as a convenient place to stay. However, the warmth and smiles of the two receptionists, Nafi and Nuer, instantly erased the fatigue of our long day traveling from Sayram Lake to Narat. Their attitude wasn't just a standard welcome; they greeted us warmly like old friends and provided a detailed introduction to the hotel. The hotel's facilities, the helpful travel tips for the surrounding area, and the genuine, heartfelt service provided were a level of warmth we hadn't experienced in our previous stays. It was this rare sense of ”warmth” that made our whole family cancel our booking for the next day at another hotel and extend our stay at Yimei without hesitation. The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was comfortable, ensuring we got plenty of rest after each day's sightseeing. The location was also very convenient, with restaurants all across the street. We especially want to thank the two lovely receptionists; you are the hotel's most valuable asset. Your service made us, tourists from Taiwan, feel right at home, adding wonderful memories to our trip! We have already recommended Yimei Hotel to our friends planning a trip to Xinjiang. Next time we have the opportunity to visit Nalati, Yimei Hotel will definitely be our only and unwavering choice!

Its May 2024. The reception was sucked. That counter boy asked us lot of rubbish questions, ie. our full journey details from flight details to lodging to driver details. When we reached there, its our 10th day! Hello, are you pleased with this kind of treament? ... that we didnt encountered in all our previous stays. The management was generally cold but the workers helpful. The hotel is well maintained, esp the flowers and garden. The location is good and next to a grassland. The food and coffee are good. each unit has got a glass window above the bed for stars watching, but the glass is covered with a layer of dust.

As soon as we entered the door, the boss saw that our license plate was from Anhui, and he told us that their hometown is also from Anhui! The boss and his family are very enthusiastic. The boys and girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to help guests with their luggage. This time I met Mingdu Hotel in Nalati. I was very lucky. I also read other people’s reviews on Ctrip. Very good, then I chose it, and I was really not disappointed
