Just walked into the hotel and was shocked by the magnificent lobby, and there was a good smell of fragrance The space is oversized, transparent and bright, the style is full of exquisite decoration and the atmosphere is excellent. The front desk staff is particularly enthusiastic and responds promptly. The customer service is clean, the bedding is soft, and the rest is particularly stable. I will choose here next time I stay!

The stay experience exceeded expectations! The younger brother and sister at the front desk are very kind and thoughtful, and they are very patient when they have questions. The hotel is quiet and not noisy as a whole, the rooms are simple and atmospheric, and the sanitary corners are cleaned very clean. There is plenty of hot water for washing, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, the living is particularly relaxing, the price is absolutely perfect, it is really worth recommending to everyone!

Facilities: All the facilities in the room are complete, minibar, makeup mirror, all available, the twin beds are large and soft! Hygienic: The bedding looks very clean and tidy, the floor, tabletop and cabinet of the room are cleaned very clean, the overall smell is not bad, giving people a very safe feeling. Environment: The room is warm wood + light gray color matching, simple and generous, the overall space layout is reasonable, and the extra bed area is reserved next to it. It should be prepared for the peak tourist season and it is very comfortable to live. Service: The reception and breakfast are very good, it can be seen that the service process is still very standardized.

To be honest my review is based on a basement room which was not ideal as the window was half way under the ground and easily people could see inside. Also the shower was terrible and once u showered the entire toilet area including part of the corridor got flooded as the drainage was blocked. It was not a good experience to be honest but I’m sure it is one of the better hotels in the area. Generally they need better hotels to be built in this area for tourist no doubt. Prices are also very high compared to other regions of Xinjiang.
