We have arranged for our engineering department to perform deep cleaning and stain removal on all room carpets and thoroughly wipe down the walls and furniture. Our engineering department has inspected and reinforced all tables, chairs, and furniture in each room, eliminating any looseness or wobbling, and improving our post-repair inspection procedures. We are deeply sorry that your previous two stays were positive and this disappointment caused you. We will strengthen our room inspection system and strictly control hygiene blind spots and facility maintenance.
