With this attitude, I can only contact Ctrip. Ctrip's attitude is to solve the problem. They said they would change the hotel for me. It was past 10 o'clock, and I had been shopping all day. I was too lazy to move with the elderly and children. Later, they applied for compensation for me. In addition to the problem of the roof, the facilities are simple and old. The toilet seat is yellowed, and the towels and bath towels are also yellow. Although I don't know how to use them, I feel that the hotel does not pay attention to hygiene. There are only two bottles of water in the parent-child double bedroom. I was told that there was no water. The rooms were all booked during the May Day holiday, and they didn't even prepare water for the rest. The breakfast in the restaurant is very simple, and eggs and milk are not available. Alas, the child asked how the 4.5 rating came from, which is not up to the name.

The facilities are old, not many people live here, the quilt is damp, there is no TV, only an internet set-top box, and the house is empty when you open the window, which is quite creepy.

We checked in on September 9th and booked a room on Ctrip. The pictures looked pretty good. We were arranged to stay on the 5th floor. In addition, I was the only one staying in the entire 5-story building that day. After communicating with the front desk, I reluctantly changed to a room on the first floor close to the front desk. After moving to the first floor, the glass door leading to the balcony could not be locked. Considering the safety of sleeping at night, I asked the front desk to lock it. The front desk failed to lock it the first time with the key, and kept saying that it was okay and didn’t want to look for the key again. At my strong request, it was finally locked. The final check-in experience was: the hotel front desk service was not good, I hope it can be improved in the future! The hotel hygiene needs to be followed up!
