Another wonderful visit...love the tents and the overall atmosphere.  The tents are extremely comfortable, well appointed and spaced far enough apart to give privacy. The entire property is uniquely designed & quite beautiful.  The pool area is very relaxing, and the restaurant serves up some wonderful food.  Nice beach just down the road, with beach club amenities.  Secluded enough to really give the feel of being away from the population.  Can't say enough about the fantastic staff...such great folks, and extremely accommodating.  Can't wait to get back...always a pleasure !

Staff was hit or miss. Has some really great service and some not so great service. The beach was beautiful and also open to the public. They advertise a beach club of which they charge you to sit at which I thought was odd considering I was a guest. The beach restaurants closed a 5:30pm. The continental breakfast was subpar. I tried the Salmon and Mahi Mahi for dinner and both dishes were excellent! Perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The road noise and neighboring party that went to 1am wasn’t ideal but I guess that’s what the ear plugs were for. The tents were as expected. It did get pretty humid in there. Given the price I felt the exchange was fair and I’d definitely book again.

My wife and I have traveled around the world, Serenity Authentic Glamping is the best place we have ever gone.   Hugo, Pedro, Maggie and all the staff are exceptional.  The water is the best in cancun to enjoy.  The food is so fresh and always fantastic. This place is a true gem of relaxation, peace and needs satisfied.  The tents, bed, pillows are  5 star.  This is our secind year and we willl be back again next year  sometimes the Music on the beach could be lowered
