I requested to view the room - I was told that the person at the reception was working alone. I found out later that there were at least 2 others in the back room that could have showed me rooms. Wi-fi didn't work. When questioned around 4:30pm, I was told to try again in an hour or so. I tried internet access - no luck. Went back to the front office - they were closed. I believe the receptionist knew that wi-fi was out, but dodged the question because she didn't look me in the eye the next morning during check out. Loud noise kept me up throughout the night. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows.
