I have a nice trip and enjoy my hotel

I was expecting for a reception employees to know a little bit of English. When arrived I was surprised that I have to find a way to translate everything to Chinese. Then next day this was corrected, and I found that they put an employee that knows a little bit of English to the reception. Also, for that type and size of hotel, it would be great that they have something for relaxation and training - either gym, or SPA, or pool, etc. Everything else was great and I could see that they were giving their best to make my stay pleasant.

Overall the hotel is good and specially the location is superb

We went there for our business meeting and did like the hotel. Nice big room with great city view. Only disadvantage there is no English translation at the room so you don’t know what is included in the price.

We booked a king-size bed and a twin bed, and the front desk staff was very considerate to move us to the same floor. The front desk also provided hot mineral water when we checked in. The room was very large, and there was a disposable bathtub bag for bathing in the bathtub. They also gave us cucumbers for facial application, but they were a little short. It was a pity that there was no place to put the phone in the bath, and there were not enough toilet paper rolls, so there was only one in the whole room. It was very embarrassing. The breakfast was very rich, but it was not replenished in time. Especially the noodle stall, when I went there at 9 o'clock, the toppings were gone, and I thought I would replenish them later, but at 9:20, the bottom was gone, and they didn't replenish them. But overall, I have been to four or five cities recently, and this hotel is very cost-effective. The service is also top-notch.

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed there for 6 nights. The room is big. Although it looks old, it is well maintained. It is still the tallest hotel in Xuchang. The hotel service is very good. Fruit and facial mask were given for one night. Manager Wang (No. 1019) at the front desk was patient and enthusiastic, and tried his best to meet the needs of customers. The cleaning work was in place, especially waiter No. 1230, who was polite, thoughtful, serious and responsible. Waiter No. 868 was enthusiastic and efficient. The hotel breakfast has a good view, many choices and good quality. The buffet restaurant on the 39th floor has a rich variety of food, and there are discounts for guests staying in the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Wanda. It is not far from Xuchang Museum, 360 Square, and Angel City Pangdonglai Store by bus. Take-out is delivered directly to the room. Five-star praise!

I am very satisfied with the hotel I booked this time. It is much better than the hotels of the same price in Luoyang. The room is large and clean with a good view. The service is also very nice, especially the beauty with work number 970, who is considerate and gentle, and also gives fruit! The old couple went on a self-driving tour. Parking was very convenient. They parked the car underground and took the elevator directly to the lobby to check in. The room was large and the mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast was mainly Chinese food, with few Western breakfast styles, but they were very satisfied with freshly ground coffee.

The hotel facilities and equipment are all good, but I always feel that the management and service are a little bit lacking.
