1.環境很不錯。2.洗浴設施有種80年代招待館的感覺，放熱水放不出，尤其是幾個小時耐心等待的維修熱水，讓我回憶起初中物理、高中物理。極大的提升了消費者對物理的興趣。雖説不是智能馬桶，但是馬桶圈可能有自己的想法。3.早餐熱菜全部加辣，一度讓我懷疑是不是在巴蜀地區，但味道告訴我不是的。4.建議找個時候徹底重裝一下，順便建立一小塊親子區域。

房間很不錯，陽台有個泡澡池，一家三口泡很舒服，下着小雨，泡着熱騰騰的湯泉，回來後感覺皮膚都光滑了好多。工作人員還給了84消毒液，老公把池子仔細刷了一遍，呵呵，不捨得走了。酒店門口的花開得正艷。

房間滿意，服務差，衹有公共涼拖鞋，沒有一次性拖鞋，洗澡水温涼，客房服務説沒辦法解決，客房淋浴不能用，衹有一個掛位比較低淋浴頭，水壓比較小，房間空調25度冷。客房服務人員服務態度差，客房價格與服務，配套設施不匹配。入住體檢糟糕。

房間設施很老，陽台上的池子根本沒人打掃，很臟，衞生條件差，根本無法讓人感覺是度假酒店，房間就放兩瓶水，剩下的東西全部都要錢，包括純凈水，不配一次性拖鞋，早餐也很差，沒什麼吃的，你可以貴但是這麼差還沒見過。

設施比較老舊，勝在性價比比較高。多住了一天，泡了一天澡，洗刷了一路的舟車勞頓。非常愜意，順便提一下，酒店餐廳的菜很好吃，加服務費可以送到房間。泡着小澡，看着美景，吃着美食yyds

開長途路過許昌，晚上到達公共温泉已經關了，第二天下午才開，選了有泡池的房間，真是一言難盡～首先泡池臟兮兮的，塞子塞住了拔不起來，水流了好久都不怎麼熱，泡池在户外陽台，水不太熱泡着一點兒都不舒服～而且這裏温泉是鹹的，手感覺泡完皺巴巴的，想洗個熱水澡沖一下，結果熱水也是温泉水，也不知道公共温泉怎麼樣～包含的早餐連個葷腥都見不到～反正是我泡過的最差的私湯温泉了～

十一親子出遊，一家三口，對於這個特殊的小長假，感覺選擇了許昌雲錦是最對的選擇，人少，服務好，價格真的是很優惠，不僅包含早餐，還送温泉門票，停車也很方便，停車場很大，整個酒店環境都很好，空氣我特別喜歡，因為不在許昌市區，如果吃東西可能距離會有點遠，10公里起步，但是一般我們出門都會帶零食和一些吃的，所以，這可以忽略，下次還會再去，附近還有個遊樂場可以帶孩子去，價格優惠到懷疑人生！

來許昌考試，迫不得已到這個地方住宿一晚。首先一樓的自動售賣機是不能用的，屏幕卡的要死根本買不了東西。一樓服務枱對面賣的東西特別貴。屋子裡的中央空調開了半小時都不熱讓阿姨來查看告知就是這樣，得開 1 小時以上才能熱，到白天直接吹的就是衹吹風，不制熱，酒店可能是為了節約成本不給開足暖風。尋思去隔壁的飯店吃點晚飯，隨便一道菜都特別貴。建議大家去出門右轉一公里的地方吃飯，又便宜又好吃。房間裏電視也不能看，打開了又關了。 11.50 通知 12 點退房，臨了趕緊收拾東西，往後續住 3 小時收費 200 元子。總之就是這個價格真心有點坑，服務也就那樣。看似是很高大上，其實根本不值這個價格。
