Sheraton Xuzhou Hotel

The hotel facilities are well-maintained and very complete. The cleanliness is excellent, and the cleaning staff do a very thorough job. Environment: Very good, parking and getting around are very convenient. Service is great, the concierge is very diligent and responsible, and the ladies at the front desk and in the breakfast restaurant are all excellent 😊

I've stayed at many hotels, and Bulgari and Waldorf Astoria are my usual choices. In Xuzhou, this is the newest five-star hotel, but the room hardware is only on par with a four-star. That's fine, though. My main point is, have you ever tasted the breakfast made by your own chefs? It's basically all pre-made. The fried dumplings had a rancid oil smell, with oil residue stuck to them. I felt nauseous after just a few bites.

Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient. The lobby was beautiful, and the room was clean and tidy. The stay was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Staying at Sheraton feels like coming home.

The service attitude was good, but the hotel breakfast was very mediocre, and they even charged for children under 1.4 meters. The hotel windows uniformly lacked screens, so we couldn't open them for ventilation, otherwise, mosquitoes would get in. Even on the sixth floor, we weren't spared; I killed several mosquitoes throughout the night and didn't get any sleep, so we checked out the next day. The hotel's reputation doesn't match its actual facilities.

We chose Sheraton for our trip to Xuzhou. The environment is excellent, and the service is great 👍. It's also very quiet. There's a small mall nearby, so dining and drinks are very convenient. You can also take a walk around.

The room was excellent, and the service was superb. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The rooms are spacious, parking is free, and the immediate surroundings are lovely. The service is also incredibly warm; every staff member greets guests proactively, which I highly recommend. However, for a hotel that costs over 800 RMB a night, there are some minor details that could be improved. For example, the bottled water in the room was 'Bing Lu,' with those really soft bottles, which just felt a bit mismatched for the price point. Also, the front desk kindly offered each room yogurt and cookies, which was a very thoughtful gesture, but since we booked double rooms, only getting one carton of yogurt per room felt a little stingy. Overall, though, I still highly recommend it.

1. Our room was upgraded, and the drinks and snacks in the mini-fridge were complimentary. Thank you! 2. The breakfast was so bad I can't even describe it. It was worse than what you'd find at an economy hotel. The only reason we ate it was because there were no other breakfast options nearby, but even ordering delivery would have been better than the hotel's breakfast. 3. Ctrip offered a package that included a higher-category room and breakfast, which was slightly more expensive than a standard room. At the time, I thought it was a great deal, but now I see it was a rip-off. Reason one: The only difference between the higher-category room and a standard room was the orientation. For this hotel, with its garden-style design, all the outdoor views are beautiful, so the orientation is just a gimmick. Reason two: And this is the most important one – the breakfast was so terrible that even if it were free, I'd feel like I was wasting my time! 4. I rarely write reviews because I usually don't have the time, but I felt compelled to write one for this hotel precisely because the breakfast was so unbelievably bad! 5. No smart toilet.

This time, I was on vacation in Xuzhou with my family. After comparing several hotels, I finally chose the Sheraton Xuzhou. Initially, I picked it with no particular expectations. I'd recently stayed at Sheratons in Zibo and Linyi, but the Xuzhou Sheraton experience was the best. First, I'm very grateful to the front desk staff who helped me check in and upgraded my room. The attention to detail was also excellent; a dedicated staff member contacted me before check-in to ask about my preferences! They also thoughtfully prepared everything I needed. One small suggestion: it would be even better if the children's toothpaste could be replaced with one specifically for kids. Parking was very convenient, and the room itself was incredibly clean. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to friends next time!
