This Wyndham in Xuzhou is incredibly convenient! I'm so glad we didn't stay near Pengcheng Plaza; it would have been impossible to drive there, way too much traffic. Here, it's easy to get anywhere by car. We even went to Jiaqing for some perfect BBQ. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Quan, was excellent. On our first visit, she upgraded us to an Executive King Room – so luxurious! We definitely got a great deal. We also happened to catch a Jiangsu Super League match and even ran into some of the players. Xuzhou is such a developed, wonderful, and welcoming city with tons of great food and a lively atmosphere at night.

I booked the Wyndham Xuzhou for the TOP concert. First of all, the location is great; it's very close to the high-speed train station, just a few minutes by taxi. Plus, there are several shopping malls nearby, and food delivery is very convenient. The hotel is right next to Jinlong Lake, so on Sunday when there was no concert, I went for a workout on the Jinlong Lake health trail. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was plentiful, with some Xuzhou local specialties. I really enjoyed breakfast every day during my stay. Overall, it was a great experience.

Overall, it was just so-so. The room's Wi-Fi was terrible; I had to use my mobile data, and the TV couldn't even cast. One front desk staff member had an incredibly bad attitude, yelling at me over the phone. It felt like I paid good money just to be treated poorly. However, the other front desk staff were very good, so it seems like they need some standardized service training. The cleaning lady was very polite. Compared to other five-star hotels, this one falls far short.

The service was excellent; the front desk staff, Yang Zhiyun, upgraded my room. The room was spacious, though some of the facilities were a bit old, and the soundproofing wasn't great. The breakfast had a good variety and the dining environment was pleasant.

This was my first time staying at a Wyndham hotel. The lobby is impressive—spacious, elegant, and high-end. The location is pretty good, situated near Global Harbor, which makes dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from major attractions by taxi. The front desk service was fine and issues were resolved promptly. However, the facilities are a bit dated. The bathroom layout feels cramped, as if a bathtub was awkwardly squeezed into the shower area. Because of the tub, the space feels tiny and the showering area is extremely narrow—why not separate them instead of forcing everything together? The breakfast was quite good, featuring some local specialties. The mutton soup and Hu辣 soup (spicy pepper soup) were both very tasty.

Sigh! Let's start with the front desk... When checking in, the front desk proactively offered me an upgrade. I was a bit confused, as I had booked a deluxe twin room, and they offered to upgrade me to an executive twin. I was genuinely flattered, so I accepted. However, the bathroom in the room on the 21st floor needed some serious cleaning (I won't post photos, since it was a free upgrade...). Also, the safety chain on the door couldn't be locked; a quick adjustment by maintenance fixed it. My father (77 years old) and I were just about to go to sleep after they left. Then came the hotel's most bizarre move. Around 10:15 PM, someone knocked on the door. Since we were both asleep and didn't need anything, I thought it was for the room next door, so I didn't respond. But the staff member was persistent, waited a bit, and then knocked again, three times in total. The last time, as I got up to open the door, the room phone rang simultaneously, because I hadn't opened the door... When I opened the door, a staff member was standing there with fruit, saying they were there to deliver it. It was both annoying and amusing. If I scold her, she was just delivering fruit. If I don't, it was past 10 PM and had woken up my elderly father. I have to wonder, does this fruit absolutely have to be delivered at night? Is it truly essential? To summarize, the front desk kindly offered an upgrade, but the bathroom had issues, and the door lock was broken... If the front desk instructed the staff to deliver the fruit, were they aware that an elderly person was staying in the room? If someone doesn't respond to a knock at 10 PM, they're likely resting, and the staff shouldn't persistently wake them up to deliver something. So, this stay was truly frustrating and left me speechless! I didn't get a good night's sleep, and I'm just annoyed! To give the hotel some room for improvement, I won't give a bad review or post photos. I'll just rate it as average. That's it. Ugh!

This hotel boasts an excellent environment, situated right next to Jinlong Lake. It's my go-to choice whenever I'm in Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone for business. The hotel is very close to Xuzhou East Railway Station, and the surrounding road network is smooth, so traffic jams are rarely an issue, making travel incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a great experience.

The room was spacious but the decor felt a bit dated. The service was unprofessional. The worst part was a live camera feed in the lobby pointed directly at the front desk, offering absolutely no privacy! There was no robot delivery service, and outside food deliveries couldn't reach the room. The management was incredibly bureaucratic. The room facilities were old and malfunctioned, making it impossible to sleep. They sent a cleaning lady first, then a maintenance worker, all at 1 AM! They didn't even think to offer a room change initially. I packed my bags and asked the staff, and the staff member actually asked me if I wanted to change rooms! A star-rated hotel with no duty manager! Completely lacking in professionalism!

The hotel lobby is grand, and the gym is well-equipped with a good variety of machines. Candy arranged for breakfast, which was a nice touch. Overall, my stay was quite good, and I'd come back again.

This hotel is quite good, as expected from the Wyndham brand; it's very reliable. The front desk staff, Xin Xin and Xiang Xiang, provided incredibly warm, thoughtful, and professional service. They definitely deserve a shout-out!

The hotel is very luxurious, and the lobby is quite impressive. Miss Yo at the front desk was very enthusiastic and even provided complimentary breakfast. She was very professional. The breakfast selection was also extensive, with many choices.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, a definite five-star recommendation! The family room arranged by Chao Chao was excellent, ideal for a summer trip. The hotel's overall environment is clean and elegant, with tidy and spacious public areas. The guest rooms are well-equipped, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep.

My stay this time was fantastic! Check-in was super efficient, and the staff were incredibly kind and patient. They explained the wake-up call service and directions in great detail. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet, and it was excellent value for money. I'll definitely be looking for Lucas again on my next stay. Highly recommended!
