Crystal Orange at Wenchang Campus of Xuzhou Sanpeng Square Mining University

The towels were dirty, the kettle was broken, and the 'executive' room felt anything but executive. As for the breakfast, the shrimp were frozen and the veins were really dirty.

My stay at Orange Crystal Hotel Xuzhou China University of Mining and Technology exceeded my expectations! The hotel is right next to the Wenchang Campus of CUMT, near the subway, and across from Sanbao Plaza, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The lobby is modern and minimalist, and the front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in. The room was clean and tidy with excellent soundproofing. The King Koil mattress was very comfortable, and I loved the smart electric curtains and XiaoDu voice control. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the minibar was well-stocked. Overall, it offered great value for money.

The location is good, the transportation is convenient, the front desk is very warm and polite, the service is very good, the breakfast is also very good and complete.

The room is large, smart room, toilet, etc., clean and hygienic, complete facilities, breakfast is delicious and rich. The transportation around the hotel is convenient, and the shopping mall and subway are also very close. I am super satisfied. It was a very satisfying stay.

I came to Xuzhou by car and stayed in this hotel. The hotel has convenient parking with ground and underground parking lots. The front desk service is standardized and enthusiastic. The room facilities are relatively new and intelligent, clean and soundproof. The hotel environment is good, and it is convenient to eat and shop around. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfast and a good dining environment, which is its feature worth recommending.

The breakfast is delicious, the fruit is fresh, the room is spacious, and the experience is invincible

The attitude of our hotel staff has always been very good from check-in to arrival. If you need scissors for rehydration when you are short of water, the scissors will be delivered immediately. The environment is elegant, clean and fully intelligent. It was a great experience staying with my mother, and I highly recommend it.

Very good, there is a subway station at the door and it is very convenient to go out. The lady is very polite and the breakfast is quite rich. Xuzhou is really good. I will come again next time
