Plus, I have been entertained by friends before, so this time I came here on business and chose the Crowne Plaza Greenland. This hotel is also very special. It happened that there were no single rooms on the day, and I would like to thank the little brother named Jin Guanyu at the front desk who ran for me without a room. Before and after running, he actively coordinated the room. In the meantime, I didn’t forget to take care of my feelings and let me go to the lobby. The working attitude and the attitude of being responsible for the guests in the sofa area made me really feel what is called the service of a five-star hotel. Finally, I not only stayed in the room, but also gave me a free upgrade and found me the most suitable price. Thank you for the room environment is still very good after check-in. The room is spacious and clean. The most noteworthy thing is that the air quality is particularly good. Write so much without knowing it. 酒店環境無敵，旁邊就是大龍湖公園，酒店自帶露營基地，晚上還有表演，房間很大，能看到一線湖景，服務人員很熱情，很有禮貌，自助餐豐富，門口就有地鐵站，來徐州絕對的不二選擇，還推薦當地的知名燒烤店，特色小吃店，推薦！

酒店位置很好，眺看大龍湖，禮賓主管熱情周到，親自為寶寶附贈了風箏，還教娃如何纏線和放飛，前台工作人員協助做了很多的介紹，併為我們升級了房型，大堂設定了徐州特產品鑒，讓全家人度過了温馨，幸福的假期，感謝全體工作人員的熱情與周到！

交通方便，門口有地鐵站。我們全程叫車，去哪兒都不遠，也很便捷。位置優越，大龍湖畔，湖邊散步很愜意。服務很好，推薦的當地美食星火亮子燒烤要比網紅美食好太多，遇到一個滴滴師傅竟然也説是他吃過徐州最好的燒烤。早餐品種很豐富，懶到快十點去吃也沒問題。很適合休閑出遊！

酒店環境不錯，大堂很大氣，交通便利，周邊是大龍湖，風景優美，很適合去遊玩，前台Annie耐心詢問我的入住喜好，為我安排一間無煙湖景房，採光好，站在房間陽台遠眺大龍湖風光，心情舒暢！酒店服務員們都十分友善，早餐豐富，徐州辣湯很好喝，是一次滿意的入住！

通過攜程訂的房間，房間給做了升級，還送了水果，雖然看到的服務員都帶着口罩，但是能感覺到每個人都很熱情，房間很大，湖景房還帶大浴缸，非常不錯，出去玩差點忘了時間，還有服務員專門提醒，幫忙延時到了兩點，雖然離市中心很遠但是交通便利，就是設施設備有些老了，不過不影響下次回來再來入住。

酒店入住體驗很好，房間配備物品很齊全，衣架都用好幾種，沒配的東西，直接問客房要，送的也很快，房間很安靜，離大龍湖很近，陽台也很大隔音效果很好，陽台下面就是露營地，但是沒被吵到過，坐在陽台吹吹風喝喝酒，欣賞欣賞風景，真的很愜意。

我們一家是第一次來到徐州，隨機選擇了一家酒店沒想到給了我們很好的體驗，首先酒店前台的服務人員很熱情，剛到大堂金碧輝煌，禮賓同志就幫忙提行李問候，前台給我們辦入住的王碩小姐姐給我升級了湖景的大床房，還給我送了歡迎水果，很感謝。進入房間，房間衞生客房服務人員也做的不錯。酒店離地鐵站很近，周邊就是商業區，離高鐵站也近，酒店打車也方便，下次出行遊玩還會選擇這家酒店。
