Shuxi Jiayuan Hotel

Excellent hotel, with a tourist bus stop right across the street. It was very convenient for getting to Bifengxia and Shangli. The room was clean and tidy.

The room was decent, but since it was spring break for kids, there was a slight wait to get in. The beef noodle shops nearby were delicious, making it a great place to go out for breakfast, see pandas, and relax in Ya'an.

The room facilities were outdated, the breakfast was poor, and the table and chair covers in the dining room were very dirty.

The room was clean and tidy, parking was convenient and free with an underground garage, the breakfast was plentiful and hygienic, and most importantly, it was only a 12-minute walk from the Ya'an Covered Bridge. Highly recommended!

The renovation took a while, so the facilities are basic. The breakfast selection is adequate for basic needs; you just need to be full, not necessarily have a fancy meal. The price-performance ratio is average compared to the accommodation price.

The hotel was great, I slept comfortably, it was very quiet at night, and the location was excellent. There were many dining options downstairs to the right, and the prices were reasonable. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The location is next to the tourist bus station. Don't book this room type; they're all in corners and off-the-beaten-path rooms. There's a teahouse next door, and a kindergarten right outside the window. Plus, there are cockroaches. The hotel seems inexperienced with pest control; it took a long time to find some insecticide. I booked this place with my family this time, but I definitely won't stay here again.

The hotel looked alright, so I chose it, but I ended up experiencing the most unsatisfactory situation I've ever encountered. @Ctrip, how did this hotel get its four-star rating? I asked the front desk if they could give me an extra bottle of water, and they said no! This is truly the first time I've encountered a hotel so stingy with even a bottle of water! Ctrip gave us three breakfast vouchers, and since we had a 15-year-old child with us, we politely asked the hotel front desk if they could give us one as well? No! The air conditioning wasn't working at night, and after a long wait for the technician, he lectured us, saying it wasn't the air conditioning that was faulty, but rather that a few fan blades were blocking the airflow. The facilities were very basic, and I expected the breakfast to be quite good, but it was priced at 20 yuan! To be honest, there weren't many choices, and the taste was just average. The next morning, I was going to go to the front desk to complain about the hotel's service, and I happened to run into a guy throwing a tantrum. I've never encountered such a terrible hotel. So, I decided not to delay my trip and quickly left this unpleasant place.
