Broken shower tap, water not draining in the shower tray. Had to change the room on the 2nd day. New room bathroom door was not closing so had to adjust the brackets myself because the screws were loose. One of the shower tray’s door was missing in the new room 🤔.

Very friendly hotel, staff is always helpful. Great selection of restaurants both local and international. Safe neighborhood you can walk around at night with out worries. Cleanliness is good, so many local shopping attractions close by 5 minutes by taxi and 15-20 minutes walking.

Resepsiyoda rezervasyonumda özellikle twin oda istediğimi belirtmeme rağmen sırf kendilerinden rezervasyon yaptırmadım acentadan yaptırdığım için mağdur edilip gece 23den 23.30 a kadar bekletiltik baba kız, hiç bir şekilde yardımcı olmamakla beraber aldığım odanın detaylaronda dahi 2 kişilik ayrı yatak yazmasına rağmen o bizim tesisimizn genel özellikleri gibi saçma bir yanıt aldım , asla önermiyorum
