Good hotel and good service

The hotel is very new, the rooms are larger than ordinary business hotels, and the beds are big and very comfortable! There are many choices for breakfast, but it is a pity that it is not a natural hot spring, otherwise it would be perfect~

It was very good. I went by motorbike, but it was raining on the day, so I was glad that they recommended a place with a roof.

The internet is terrible and super slow... Overall, the cleanliness is pretty good, the breakfast is ok, and it's convenient to go out. There are some food nearby. If you are considering the price, you can refer to it.

The hotel staff were very kind and even accommodated our children. My wife especially liked the large communal bath and would like to use it again.

It was unfortunate that the only room I could reserve was a smoking room, so the smell of cigarettes lingered, but the lobby and the room were both quiet, the hot springs were very clean and relaxing, and the breakfast was excellent in both quantity and quality, so I would definitely use this hotel again.

Very suitable for business travel

There was ample parking space and the rooms were clean both inside and out. I was able to relax in the Tabibi no Yu baths and the sauna was at the perfect temperature. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Thank you very much.

The hotel design is simple and there are few restaurants nearby. The hotel is located in an area suitable for self-guided tours.

There is free parking, a large public bath where you can relax and stretch your legs, so I have used it several times.

It was nice that we could use ice and a microwave. It was nice that we could go to the large public bath in our slippers and room wear.

The small table in front of the TV was nice. The staff were also very polite, and we got to eat Yamagata specialties for breakfast.
