Great service. Impressed with the food - we stayed for 4 nights and there was no repeat meal. Good onsen. Convenient location to stay in (with a car) for skiing in Zao Resort.

The hotel is very Japanese style, the scenery outside the window is very beautiful, and there is a snowy scene as soon as the window is opened. The hot springs are divided into indoor and outdoor areas. The outdoor area is very close, just a two-minute walk. The hotel provides water shoes. and shawls. The hot spring has no special features, it's just the same pool both indoors and outdoors. It is very close to Zao Station, just a few steps away.

A highly recommended hotel, except for the slightly expensive price, there is no other problem 🤣 The hotel is within walking distance to the ski resort, and the staff will drive to pick you up, 2 minutes by car. The food is delicious and you won't get tired of eating it for 4 days. The boutique sells exquisite and cute things, and the price is reasonable. I regret buying less! The hot spring is very comfortable and clean! I would like to thank every staff member in particular, they are very enthusiastic and sincere, very helpful, and touching! The staff were very kind, and although our itinerary required frequent transportation, they were happy to provide pick-up and drop-off services many times. They also booked the tickets for the Zao Mountain cable car on our behalf, and also booked the return tickets online for us. Upon departure, a dedicated staff member accompanied us to the station and communicated with the station service center staff in Japanese. They provided delicious breakfast and dinner, and also had a dedicated translator to help us communicate with them. There were so many elaborate and lovely decorations in the hot spring hotel, which created a quiet and calm atmosphere. The soundproofing was also good, and the bed sheets and comforters were very comfortable. Overall, we are very satisfied! This is a must-visit hotel! Thank you for your hospitality! 🫶🏻
