This is a great hotel, run by a Chinese couple, making it a perfect choice for Chinese travelers visiting Lake Yamanaka. Mount Fuji and Lake Yamanaka are right outside the door, and all the photos below were taken within a 10-minute walk of the hotel.

Guys, I have to recommend this hotel! I had an amazing experience when I stayed there recently. The room was neat and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The bathroom facilities were new and odorless. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of great food nearby and convenient transportation. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would happily give this hotel 5 stars! From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly accommodating and responsive. They kindly arranged to pick us up from Gotemba Premium Outlets, which made everything so convenient for us. After attending the beautiful Yamanakako Ice Lantern Festival, we made a last-minute request for dinner. Despite the short notice, they thoughtfully prepared a delicious shabu-shabu meal for us. They even gave us complimentary cookies because our moms were very hungry after the festival. It was such a sweet and caring gesture that we truly appreciated. The hotel itself is spacious, clean, and wonderfully warm, making it the perfect place to relax after being out in the cold. We felt comfortable, cared for, and genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Highly recommended for their exceptional hospitality. We would definitely love to come back!

If you wanna come to the place where there are no people around you and just enjoy nature and Fuji view, come here. Not very easy to get here but once you’re here it’s worth it. - Getting here: 1. Take a bus from Lake Kawaguchiko station ~ 750 yen/person 2. Call the lady to pick you up 5000 yen for the minibus. The owners are super friendly and nice

This guesthouse is run by a couple from Shandong who have lived in Japan for many years. They rent this beautifully designed wooden house, which is made with high-quality materials. You can see Mount Fuji just by crossing the road outside. That evening, we had a beef hotpot there, which really warmed my family's Chinese stomachs. The next day, it snowed. The owner drove us to Gotemba at noon to catch the JR back to Tokyo, otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to make it back. We were so lucky.

The tatami room was really spacious! 😂 It's a hotel run by Chinese owners, so communication and shuttle services were incredibly convenient. They even helped us book a car in advance to take us to Lake Yamanaka for maple leaf viewing. I was really impressed with this service! On the day we checked out, they drove us to the bus station at Lake Yamanaka, getting us there just two minutes before the bus departed – quite the close call! We rented electric-assist bicycles from the hotel, and it only took 10 minutes to cycle to Hirano Beach. It was super convenient for catching the Mt. Fuji sunrise in the morning.
