The facilities are complete, the underfloor heating is very comfortable, and the space is spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped, and they even provide water, instant noodles, and playing cards. It's an excellent place for gatherings! 👏👏👏

The room is right by Lake Yamanaka, which is super convenient for watching the sunrise. On the morning of my check-in day, I already received the room number and access code, so I didn't have to worry about arriving too late to get in. The room was also quite spacious; I could easily open my 28-inch luggage. The only downside is that there are a lot of trees around the room, so insect problems are pretty unavoidable. I found a spider on the floor and a moth on the door. I hope they can provide insect repellent.

The hotel room was clean and tidy, and free parking was a plus. You can see Mount Fuji right outside the door, which was amazing! 👍

This hotel offers great value for money. The room was extremely clean and tidy, and the surroundings were quiet and beautiful. It's quite convenient to get to, with a bus stop near Lake Yamanaka. Nearby, there are also attractions like sightseeing cruises and a spot to feed swans. The room was equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, making it easy to heat up food. We accidentally left our charger in the room when we checked out, and we're very grateful to the hotel staff for helping to mail it back to us.

We booked a family room for 5. It's very new and exceptionally clean. The room has everything you could possibly need. My mom said this was her favorite hotel of the entire trip. Highly recommend!

Such a pleasant surprise! For less than $500, we got a small but super clean room. Self check-in was a breeze, and it's really close to the Benifuji-no-Yu hot spring. Highly recommend!

This place is excellent! It's super clean and fully equipped. You literally only need to bring yourself. They even provide pajamas that fit all sizes. For those who enjoy a drink, there are beverages available. There's also a washing machine, microwave, and an automatic bidet. The bathroom has a separate shower stall, and everything is well-organized, with even a kitchen area.
