Nice small hotel run by a Chinese couple. Rooms are big, you can see mount fuji from the open/breakfast area and the private onsen is nice as well.

Definitely one of the best stays during my Japan trip so far. The host Leslie was super friendly and welcoming, he walked us through everything we needed to know and even gave us a little tour of the place. The highlight for me was definitely the three different types of onsen (something I was really looking forward to!), and the rooms were clean, spacious, and really comfortable. He even drove us to the nearest convenience store when he found out we hadn’t had dinner yet, which was such a kind gesture. Breakfast the next morning (Western-style) was amazing too. Would 200% come back again!

The hostess is absolutely wonderful. If I ever come back to Mount Fuji, I'd choose this hotel specifically because of her. She helped me book a car to see the fireworks festival, translated for me, lent me a bicycle to ride around the lake, and even offered to drive me when it rained while I was on my way to Lake Yamanaka Hirano. She's the same age as my father and married into Japan a long time ago. The hot springs are great, and breakfast is delicious. I booked this place by chance and was pleasantly surprised to find that I could see Mount Fuji from my room! The owner was incredibly hospitable, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect, just a 10-15 minute walk from Lake Kawaguchiko Hirano-hama, making it an ideal base for exploring. Plus, there's a hot spring bath, which is perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing!

The room was spacious, well-lit, and very comfortable; I highly recommend it! It's also convenient for walking to Lake Yamanaka. The owner and staff were all very enthusiastic. Manoa is definitely the top choice for a trip to Mount Fuji! It's worth recommending. I will choose to stay here again next time I visit.

Located near Hirano-no-hama, it's perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's very quiet at night, so I slept wonderfully. The hotel has a private onsen, and breakfast is American style, with the added bonus of a view of Mount Fuji from the dining room. The area around here is truly amazing; I much prefer a villa at the foot of Mount Fuji to Tokyo.

The room design was really thoughtful and enjoyable. It's a shame the access wasn't great, but if you can overlook that, everything else was good. However, I found a blade and a dead insect in the room, so it didn't feel very clean.
