Good location, fantastic view of mount fuji, and near lake to walk there to enjoy view and activities. Great place to chill with friends and families. Full equipped kitchen , jacuzzi with view.

The location is absolutely incredible—we had a direct view of Mt. Fuji from our room, and it's just a two-minute walk to Hirano Beach. The beer from the hotel's draft machine was so much better than what you can find elsewhere! The kitchen was also fully equipped with pots, pans, and all sorts of utensils. It’s a pity we arrived late—otherwise, we could have enjoyed a full hot pot and barbecue feast!

Very good location near Hirano Beach & popular photo spots in walking distance. Nice view of Fuji. All the amenities are well prepared. Good for group as there are two bathroom & 2 toilets which are separated from each others. All the check-in & out processes are made through tablet. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! Mount Fuji is right outside the door, and you can even get great photos of it at night. During the day, it's the first thing you see when you step out. Since it's autumn/winter, I'd recommend packing warm clothes. The guesthouse itself is very well-equipped and super clean.

A serene villa retreat by the lake, peaceful mornings, stunning sunsets and swans gliding gracefully on the water. Perfect blend of comfort, nature, and tranquility.

We stayed in Villa No. 101, and the view of Mount Fuji from the bedroom was absolutely stunning – we all loved it! The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed, plus complimentary Japanese beer. The check-in process, which is automated via an iPad, could be simplified. It was quite complicated and time-consuming, and the experience became even more stressful when there was a connection error during check-in. Everything else was great, though. It was a wonderful stay for our large family.

The villa location is great but there is no Mt Fuji view from villa 104. Remember to book Villa 101 / 102 if you want to have Mt Fuji view from villa. The villa is not so clean as i still can see dust / hair around the villa. Overall I'm fine with this villa due to its great location.
