First off, the owner is incredibly kind. They used a translation app to help us with everything. The best part about this accommodation is that the hot spring bath (onsen) is continuously flowing with hot water 24 hours a day. Plus, if you walk about 4 minutes from the hotel, you can see Mount Fuji at sunrise. The breakfast was also delicious and enjoyable. If I ever go to Yamanashi again, I would definitely stay here.

The exterior isn't very striking, but the rooms are impeccably clean. The hosts are a very polite couple who even provide handmade traditional Japanese breakfast. It's perfect for experiencing Japanese culture, and it's very close to the bus stop and convenience store. It's also super convenient for taking photos at Hirano Beach. Thanks to staying here, I managed to get some stunning photos of Mount Fuji in the morning!

The price is low and it's convenient to watch the sunrise, so I'd still recommend it. **Location:** It's a 7-minute walk to Yamanakako Hirano no Hama, and 3-4 minutes to Hirano Station, where there's a 7-Eleven right next to it. **Facilities:** No elevator. The room doesn't have a private toilet, mirror, or wall-mounted air conditioner. There's a small heater that blows warm air, but it has a strange smell. The second floor has no heating, so it's quite cold when going to the public restroom. The central fireplace in the lobby on the first floor is a bit warmer. The women's bath on the first floor is small but has hot water, which was very comfortable after soaking in the middle of winter. However, after bathing, I noticed my body smelled strongly of disinfectant. **Breakfast:** When checking in, I chose 7:30 AM for breakfast. After watching the sunrise, I had enough time to come back and pack my luggage. It was about 70% filling, but you can add more rice yourself. You need to return the tray after eating. **Environment:** The entire building had a strong gasoline smell, which was the hardest part for me as I dislike the smell of gasoline.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a three-minute walk from the bus stop. If there's no one at the front desk when you check in, just ring the bell and the owner will come out. Waking up to watch the sunrise and then enjoying the hotel breakfast was pure bliss!

The room was clean and the duvet was very warm, and the electric heater worked well. The shared bathroom had a small hot tub, which was fantastic! I had it all to myself when I used it, which was a real treat. The breakfast was simple yet delicious, and again, I had the dining room all to myself!

The accommodation is very close to the Yamanaka Hirano bus stop, which makes getting around super convenient. There's a convenience store nearby, but sit-down restaurants are a bit hard to find. They use an oil heater here, so there's a strong smell of oil. But if you're not bothered by that, I'd say the room is spacious and comfortable to sleep in. I visited on December 20, '68. It was raining that day, and the temperature was about 7 degrees Celsius. If you don't want to turn on the heater because of the oil smell, the duvet provided by the hotel is quite warm. The shared bathroom is clean and has soap and shampoo. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and towels are provided in the room by the hotel.

Very good! It's super close to the sunrise viewing spot and the bus stop. There's also a large 7-Eleven nearby, and breakfast is included. The room was really warm too. It was my first time staying in a tatami room, and I found it quite comfortable. I really liked it!

An old hotel with an old, kind owner. You can see Mount Fuji from your window in the morning, offering excellent views. It's a cozy hotel well worth recommending, and I plan to stay here again next time! 👍
