Nice location .See Fujisan from bedroom . Onsen also good , hot , full facilities but too much steam in Onsen room. Friendly staff at the reception but one of a staff in breakfast zone not quite nice.

The convenience is perfect, right outside is a lake view. The internet speed is too slow, that's a negative.

Nice and comfy town of lake yamanaka, the hotel is near two bus stops that's going to Mishima and gotemba station.

Room is very spacious. I love the fact that they are very thoughful of my requests for the rooms. We had nice walks every morning around the Lake. Very strategically located near Family mart, a cafe n near location for cycles. We did not take breakfast but there plenty of options.. Lovely sunrise view from my room located at 3rd floor! Love it!

Very nice hotel with full Mt. Fuji Viewing from room. Price is affordable and location is good with a few nice restaurant around. Family mart is just withing Hotel which make it so convenience to buy food! Love the onsen too with outdoor / indoor style!

Great location for a Fuji view + nearby cafe The Park was a phenomenal experience. Definitely enjoyed the next door combini aswell. However do not like the group requirement to eat at the restaurant and lack of microwave in the rooms. Still highly recommend.

It's a great location, have lake view and Mt Fuji from my room window..the room is very large bed comfort we have a very good night sleep and breakfast is perfect.High recommend going back here for next trip

This hotel very nice , clean , quiet and very good view to see MT.Fuji and convenince for travel to any places. Close to convenience store.

Large room, fantastic space and good help from concierge. The only thing was the water bottles are given only on first night.
