Atour Hotel (Yan'an New District Luyi Park)

This stay at Atour truly touched me with its warmth. I suddenly experienced low blood sugar one evening and felt quite unwell. I called the front desk to ask if they had any candies. Although the hotel didn't stock them, the staff immediately offered to buy some from a nearby convenience store. Within minutes, they arrived at my room with several different types of candies, promptly alleviating my discomfort. Their thoughtfulness and speed were incredibly reassuring. Later, feeling better, I went downstairs to enjoy the night view. As I passed by the front desk lounge area, another scene deeply warmed my heart: several designated drivers were resting in a corner. Far from shooing them away, the hotel staff considerately poured hot water for them, dispelling the chill for these folks working late into the night. One act was swift assistance for a guest, the other gentle kindness towards strangers. These two small incidents genuinely made me feel that Atour offers more than just service; it delivers true care and warmth.

This was my first trip to Yan'an, and I stayed at the Atour Hotel. The lobby was spacious and bright upon arrival. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the bedding in the room was so comfortable that I slept very soundly. When checking out, they even offered us a warm bottle of water, which was a lovely touch. I'll definitely be back next time!

The bedding is Atour's signature Deep Sleep series, soft and supportive, providing instant relaxation. Hygiene is excellent, with no odors or dust, even the corners are spotless. Service Details: The receptionist, Yue Song, is gentle and attentive, proactively introducing the surrounding area. A heartwarming late-night snack is available. Breakfast: A fusion of Western and Chinese breakfast options, freshly prepared and delicious, takeaway is available. Free self-service laundry and a 24-hour gym are available, ensuring convenient access without disrupting your daily routine. Comfortable and therapeutic throughout, truly deserving of its reputation, highly recommended!

The room was well-insulated, quiet, and smelled wonderful. The air conditioning was powerful, the bathroom water pressure was stable, the bedding was comfortable, and we slept soundly. The hotel elevator was fast, the breakfast selection was extensive and plentiful, there was free parking, and check-out was quick. They even provided us with warm bottled water upon check-out. The service quality was superb! Excellent!

My wife is pregnant, and the room was very poorly soundproofed. It was so noisy at night that she couldn't sleep. When she woke up in the morning, even though it was a non-smoking floor, two men across the hall and next door were smoking like crazy. Pregnant women shouldn't be exposed to smoke. We won't be staying here again. This was our first time staying at Atour like this.

An efficient stopover for self-driving tours: The staff are friendly and helpful; the rooms are clean and tidy; facilities such as the laundry room are complete; and it's within walking distance of Wuyue Plaza. Minor issue: The breakfast was a bit cold.

Very good, clean, good service, and there's even a laundry room. Not bad.
