家庭式民宿，在寶塔山對面居民樓內，開窗就能見到寶塔山全貌（圖一）及體育場，每天傍晚能聽到在寶塔山下的當地演出，離各舊址都很近，接、收房都可遠程辦理，很乾凈很方便，建議個別設施更新一下。提醒：早餐店有點遠，出小區左轉會更近。

公寓式民宿，各方面還都可以，離寶塔山景區開車十分鐘，晚上可以看到寶塔山夜景。注意事項：住之前一定要打電話先聯繫（百度上可找到電話），不好找，尤其是自駕。

房子太差了，大家千萬別讓圖片迷惑，房東服務太差，一梯六户的户型，走廊沒燈，太嚇人了，臨近山根，蚊子大的嚇人，房東沒給提供蚊香液，紗窗還有個大洞，衹有一個卧室有空調。晚上開窗吵的睡不着，廁所小的洗澡都伸不開胳膊。沒有提供瓶裝水，茶吧機是壞的，離夜市很遠，吃飯不方便。建議大家還是住周邊酒店，酒店才119元，比民宿好很多。
